Homewood Suites by Hilton Virginia Beach/Norfolk Airport

The staff was amazing. They were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Also it was perfect location for us.

Exceptional

Breakfast was good Wish it was more options for breakfast

Clean room and friendly staff

Breakfast was ok, could switch menu up tho Pool area could not use the whole we were there due to pool very green filters not working, hot tub had hair in it , no chlorine in either, told staff two separate days nothing done? Room had huge stain needed cleaned shampoo. Light bulb in kitchen ready to blow and no bulb in light above table . The weds night social was not good at all ? This facility, staff, maintenance needs to do better ? Not a good vacation spot .

Very good

I just loved the room and amenities especially the breakfast

The included breakfast was great

Clean room

We had a small glitch with our sink. The hotel was very prompt in rectifying the issue. Front desk attendees were very welcoming!

All of the staff were pleasant and great to work with! Check in was flexible and easy. There was plenty of parking. Booking online was easy. Water pressure was good. The hotel had many things out of service, both treadmills in the gym, 2 of the 3 washers for clothes, and at times also the elevator. The room was dated and showed many signs of neglect. Loose doors on cabinets, torn carpeting, the closet door was missing the piece that keeps it on track. The hot water ran out some days, but was fine other days. There was also a large amount of pet fur on the back of the desk chair. The breakfast had very little options for healthy choices. They were out of many things and said it was due to the delivery truck. The fresh fruit, when they had it, was not always very fresh. The staff are great, but I would not stay again

Everyone was helpful and the property was magnificent!

The staff is AMAZING!!! They made you feel like you were at home. Everyone was kind, helpful, and friendly. A special thanks to Archie for the delicious breakfast every morning and for always going above and beyond for all guests. He was thoughtful and even wrapped blueberry muffins for my son to take with him and offered me honey for my tea. The maintenance staff were also helpful and kind! Will be staying here again when returning to Virginia. Thank you all for your incredible hospitality!
