Everything! Especially the cleanliness and the outstanding breakfast buffet! We also appreciated the kind and cheerful help from Robert with our luggage! I wish the desk staff had communicated better and known more about the changes to the Neptune Festival due to the Nor'easter. We got most of our accurate information from other guests or people we met during our stay.

view, breakfast people were great! we checked in sunday 9/27/26. we got there early about 10:00am so we pre checked in, the young lady at front desk at first was nice.. we come here every year never had a problem getting our room lil early. i never received a tex message, so i go back to check about our room by now its 3:00. i ask about our room she said yea its ready, i said i didnt receive a tex. i ask which floor we would be on she said 6th, i said no i dont want on that floor they always put us on 12 or 14th floor. she then says i dont see any special request for that floor she then lies to me and said they are all filled that the hotel is busy afew seconds she says oh look 1 just came available on the 12 floor. she says its being cleaned now. i said great. i come back at 3:40ish to check on our room nice young man waited on me i ask if our room was ready he said yes. i ask if they were busy he told me no not at all. i hate to be lied too. also i feel like the hotel looks alil run down.

Everything was very clean, and we really appreciated the amenities. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially with helping us figure out parking for our extra vehicle and making sure we didn’t have to worry about additional fees or being towed. Breakfast was great, and the staff throughout the hotel was so friendly. We noticed several guests who seemed to be regular visitors - the staff recognized them and even remembered visits from previous years or earlier in the spring, which says a lot! We didn’t use the indoor pool, but it looked clean and never seemed overly crowded. Beach access was incredibly easy, and we loved the view from our balcony. Having dishes, a dishwasher, and a kitchenette in the room was also a huge plus for our family. The pillows could use an upgrade, but that’s a small detail. My only other wish would be for an additional outdoor shower/rinse-off area to really get the sand off after leaving the beach but that may just be the Type A mom in me desperately trying to keep sand out of the hotel room. 😂 Overall, this was a very family-friendly stay that worked perfectly for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was good, the room was great. Location and view is perfect, room fit my family's needs. Staff is amazing. Pull out couch is a bit pathetic but they usually are.
