Disappointing

Definitely location Nothing stood out..

No breakfast available. The shower curtain needed to be changed and the tub looked horrible.

Right on the beach, walkable to nearly everything. Front desk lady was super helpful and friendly. Elevator was hit and miss and good luck finding a luggage cart lol Overall the stay was nice for the price!

Nothing, paid $377 per night, no breakfast, even doesn’t have coffee or coffee machine. Didn’t worth the price. Torn apart carpet, unclean and looks forgotten property.

the proximity to the beach It was completely unprofessional; I booked an oceanfront room online and got Room 522, but it was awful—the carpet smelled like shit, and the mattress was wet with dog or child urine and dirty all over. The bathtub was filthy, and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. They moved me to Room 216, which was also in bad shape—no towels, soap, or pillows (which I had paid for). Then, the air conditioner made so much noise I couldn't sleep. On top of that, the other guests were rowdy and played music at full volume. All in all, the stay at that hotel was a total disaster.

The hotel was actually dated. It really did need a renovation which after we left on Labor Day 2026 they were shutting down to do a renovation so hopefully when they do open back up, we will definitely book there again.

Dirty bed I have picture. unprofessional, no housekeeping, no towels, toilet paper. Elevator taking longtime, there're will doing renovation they should not making reservation.

There is nothing to like in this hotel except for the location. Dingy rooms wet carpet floors musty smell stained bedsheets There was no breakfast at all they said not served for season

Honestly it was outdated as advised from many reviews on the site. I brought extra towels and a fan.

Location was perfect, staff was nice but the building needs many updates, I found 3 roaches in the room, they had shortage of towels, and I can tell they don't do deep cleaning of rooms. They did go in a spray after I mentioned the roaches but.. yeah

The front staff Our room was not cleaned the beds were gross, there was literal food from previous guest, there was someone underwear on the table, the ceiling in the bathroom was brown and literally falling down, the hallways we’re disgusting they had trash up and down the hallways, there were no towels in the room, the pools were freezing cold, and there were roaches crawling in the hallways.

NOTHING!!!! Extremely dirty- no towels at check in no blankets on either bed - bathroom sink had a clog & didn’t get unclogged until 10:30 pm & then wasn’t rinsed/washed out. The whole thing was gross. Then the day we were checking out… i saw a bed bug on my pillow.. i took a pix immediately & then killed it & looked for blood bites on sheets… Thankfully none - but when i mentioned to staff.. No apology or surprised reaction, just told me there is a protocol for this and would call exterminator.. One staff member said if i thought it was so awful she would have left.. I said we drove 4+ hr the night b4 & this was last hotel avail.. & if i had seen bed bug last night we would have left!!!!

Poor house keeping we had only 2 towel for 4 people are hole stay from sat to Monday ask for towel 4 times and coffee we ask for final got some that night only had half role towel paper if u stay bring your own cart no parking in front of motel had to use parking garage and it was full.
