Everhome Suites Waco by Choice Hotels

Room was not ready when we arrived at 2:30pm. I had to wait for the staff to come to the front desk when trying to check in. There was some loud noise near our room at 1:30 in the morning. Was told that the police had to respond to a disturbance in the room near us.

Good hotel

-The air conditioner leterally stinks I needed to borrow an air fresher to make the air in the room able to breathe - no breakfast served

Na

Convenient location. Very clean and great price.

The room was also dirty upon arrival. We had to clean it ourselves, including mopping the floor, just to make it reasonably usable. On the third day, we requested housekeeping but were told there was not enough staff to clean our room. We ultimately canceled the request, even though the hotel charges guests for room cleaning. To make matters worse, someone broke into our vehicle while it was parked at the hotel. We immediately asked to speak with the manager and requested to review the security footage. Despite the seriousness of the incident, no manager has contacted us or followed up. A hotel has a basic responsibility to provide clean accommodations, secure room access, and proper assistance following a safety incident. This hotel failed in all three areas. We paid for a clean and safe place to stay—not to clean the room ourselves, worry about someone else having access to it, and then be ignored after our vehicle was broken into. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

The property was clean and the area was quiet. The staff was very welcoming. I was not expecting a full kitchen, but was surprised to find one available.

Room was clean, great A/C. My reserved room type wasn’t available at check-in but discount was not applied.

Room was clean and bed was comfy, I was as only there for a turn around trip but this would’ve been perfect had I needed to stay for a long period of time… I would certainly stay here again.

Outside door was hard to open. Had to have key card reactivate on second day.

People very nice, but for a new property there were multiple issues. Not saying I wouldn't stay there again but may consider something else 1st

Nice place I loved the place

It was very clean large room, friendly staff. The bed was too low . When we tried to use the microwave it would throw the breaker, in room 324.

Muy buena

My room was not clean. The bathroom mirror looked as if someone sprayed lotion or soap all over it. There were reminants of food all over the floor by the bed. The people who were on tthe 4th floor were some of the rudest people yet. All hrs of the night slamming and banging yelling and talking on the phone as loud as possible. Worst week so far.

I recommend this hotel to stay in when you visit Waco! Great stay and amenities and close to everything.

The outlet by the bed didn't work and the TV didn't work. But it was nice

❤️❤️

Great clean hotel. Room was nice and large! Comfy beds. Quiet.

Good customer service
