Clean, safe, quiet, great options for food.

Good location and friendly staff. The community areas are kept nicely clean and free of junk. The walls in the bathroom are rotting and the shower had mildew and mold stains. I’ve stayed in another room in this hotel and it wasn’t this bad but you could see black rotted wood and mold behind the very badly waterdamaged Sheetrock. Time for a remodel!

I had booked two rooms with two queen beds. When I checked in I was given one room with 1 king bed and one with two queen beds. When asked why I was told "we are out of queen beds". Why did you accept my reservation then? The interior in the room and hallway is very old school. Very old and dingy.

Cons - The property was NOT CLEAN at all. The Air Conditioner in the room did not work. The carpet was "sticky", there was so much dust in the room on the tables/desk etc., we had to clean the surfaces before putting anything down, and there was NO WATER in morning. Because of the Air Conditioner issues, a credit was made to our room, which was greatly appreciated.

Given a room that a/c did not work and had to move to another room. Requested a room on 1st floor on the 3rd of September for my stay on the 14th and was told by your employee that she had taken care of it but when we arrived they said they did not have room on the 1st floor. Very disappointed in you staff.

Room was great but no hot water for shower. When you moved it all the way up water cut off.

The staff was very kind and accommodating to assist all the passengers displaced by the flight delay.

The staff were fine and some were very cheery. The breakfast was hot and good. We did not feel very safe as someone walked into a room about 1:00 a.m. with a key. The colors were dark and the lighting was dim. The air conditioning was leaking and there were some wires hanging out of it. It didn't look real safe. And it did have a musty odor.

The hotel is in dire need of updating. The carpet is bleached and stained. The rooms are dated. The hallways are not air-conditioned. I was very disappointed with Hampton.

The overall stay was excellent. Breakfast was very good. I would stay again.
