Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Waco North

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent. The bed was very comfortable. In my room, the sofa had dark stains on the orange material. The bathroom sink was not totally clean. There was a plastic bottle of some, I believe, cleaning product left in the shower. Shower doors hard to open/close.

Loved the priced during football season. The property is well maintained and the breakfast set up was nice. All staff we encountered were very friendly and informative.

I got the hotel for the pool but the pool was broken they should email people saying that. The hotel smells like mold I came home sick as a dog. The shower didn’t give water out of the shower head it was gross scrum all over shower head

I loved that the staff was so friendly and always asked if everything was going well during our stay always asked if we needed anything everytime we went to the lobby!!! And James was the sweetest person always making sure everything was good and everyone there treated us like family not just a customer I will definitely choose this hotel anytime we come back to Texas !!! It is nothing I didn't like

Clean Room was humid and AC didn’t cool well

It was cheap on an expensive weekend. The staff was nice and the room was decent. The shower door didn’t work properly and made a lot of noise. The ice machines were broken on two floors.

I booked a two multiple bed sweet August 20th to have my family attend parents weekend and Waco. Checked in early so that we could go to the game and returned to realize the lady at the front desk gave us the wrong room and she knew it. She never told us that the room I had booked was now for some reason not available or if they had oversold she just handed off the key as if it was the room that I had booked. I contacted the party that I used to book the room and they called the hotel at which point, James answered and said that he could not assist us and to speak with a manager. He could see that this was not the room that I had booked. No one ever apologized or said anything. I'll never stay again as amenities weren't available and i could everything in the hall and every time doors closed.

Our shower was too hot. Didn’t have any cold water. The pool was closed and the ice machine was broken on our floor and the property needed some remodeling.
