The hotel is pretty clean, we’ve been here before so we kinda know what to expect when we go, but it has been a year and a half. I don’t write reviews, but there were a few things that were just unacceptable that people need to be aware of before they book. Our fridge was out in our room. I made sure it was plugged in and looked at the back of it to make sure there weren’t any leaks. I walked to the front desk and asked if there was anyway we could get a working refrigerator from another room that’s empty because by the looks of the people inside in the parking lot, there’s no way this hotel was full. She said we can’t do that I said OK well all the stuff that we have in the fridge is gonna go bad then and she said there’s nothing she can do. She also said there’s no maintenance man available which makes sense it was nighttime but come on you have to be able to do something there was nothing accommodating at all about the experience, real bummer. The last thing is this hotel smells mildewy and like an antique shop, but not in a good way our room in particular is funky. We got back home and upon opening our suitcase it was pretty ripe of old hotel, smell Suzanne at the front desk during the daytime was great though and was very helpful

Superb

Basic but clean. Staff helpful. Would stay here again. Really appreciated the ice machine. Room was quiet.

Very hot rooms AC not very cool

Easy of location. TV had to be reconnected each turned on. Shower door didn't close tightly. Otherwise, a good place for short stay.

Helpful staff

Very disappointing. We stopped here for a night and checked into our room that had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. We called down to desk to try and get another room instead they called housekeeper who came up to spray lavender. The scent lasted maybe 25 minutes before the smell came back and soaked into all of our clothes and suitcases. Did not appreciate the staff not even making an effort to find a more acceptable room after patronizing the Hilton brand. Would not recommend this property.

It was nice good area Bad smell like a musky older smell not sure how to explain but was not the best told staff person said get with siesta if need okay lol

Bright and clean rooms. Good breakfast Attractive decor in lobby and room. Good location of hotel to shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff.

I would stay here again.
