Clean and friendly staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay and if back in that area we would stay again.

Have started in this place a few times and I will definitely will return. It’s clean and quiet place staff is great and great location

I contacted Expedia immediately, and its representative confirmed that their system also showed two queen beds and a sofa bed. However, the hotel refused to honor the confirmed reservation. Even more disappointing was the front desk employee’s rude and dismissive attitude. Her only “solution” was for me to cancel my reservation and find another hotel. This happened late in the evening during a very busy college family weekend in Waco, when finding another hotel was nearly impossible. We had no reasonable choice but to accept the incorrect room, and my adult son had to sleep on the sofa. The lobby employee the following day was more understanding, but by then the hotel was full and there were still no meaningful options offered. Expedia was also not very helpful in resolving the situation. Mistakes can happen, but the way a hotel responds matters. Telling a guest to cancel and find another hotel during a sold-out weekend—when the guest has documentation confirming the room they booked—is not an acceptable resolution. This experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and handled very poorly.

The pools pump was being repaired and we weren't told for a couple of days.

The hotel was fine, the only compliant I have is the breakfast! I felt that it was pretty poor quality. The edges were egg patties that did t take like eggs and everyone was laughing that the bacon was fake on. Nothing wrong with just having good ole scrambled eggs and real bacon but everything just seemed off.

Need renovation bathrooms shower and room carpets had too many spots felt dirty

We only stayed one night as we were passing through the area. We were looking forward to a swim since it was so hot, but the pool was out of order. I probably would have picked a different hotel if I had known that. Everything else was ok.

Room was very spacious. We specifically picked this hotel due to the photo of the swimming pool. The pool was closed for maintenance.

Avoid this filthy dirty hotel. Dried blood on sheets, public hair on floor of shower.

Not the usual positive Hilton experience. Th was in need of a makeover. Carpets were dirty and worn, water pressure was terrible
