Everything was great except the toilet was having a hard time fully flushing and required us to wait a while and then try to flush again multiple times. The shower also seemed to have difficulty draining and got about an inch or two of water during a quick 5 minute shower. But the bed was comfy and overall suited our needs.

Pool pictures do not match what is there. Seasonal pool to them means closing in September- Disappointed kids. 3 queen beds in room was helpful. Only good part of this hotel. No complaints about the staff.

The pool was not usable!

Very fantastic place to stay

This property was not to expectations - it feels run down, staff is less than pleasant, and overall dirty. Our room was not fully cleaned upon arrival, public bathroom in the lobby had no toilet paper, the breakfast was barely edible, and everywhere you look there was mold. Find somewhere else to stay.

The staff couldn't even be more helpful with everything that was within their control. Now about the TV issues- The fact that it was in constant scrambled mode instead of just functioning normally, that was definitely the only problem I had in 4 days of being a guest there. That's absolutely got to be taken care of on a permanent basis.

The main reason I booked a stay at the hotel was because of the pool which is prominently featured in the main picture. It was labor day weekend and it was roped off with a sign stating it was closed for maintenance. The water was green and cloudy and it looked like it hadn't been open for some time. I overheard one of the guests asking the desk clerk about it and she told her that it was closed for the season. If that was the case, why would the season be over before labor day? It was still 80 outside. I had two kids who were very excited about the pool after a long car ride. They were immediately let down with nothing more to do than watch a tiny television in a small and worn down room. There is absolutely nothing around this hotel but busy roads and it's not easy to walk anywhere. The coffee supplies in the room had already been open and stir sticks had been removed. The place just felt very dirty and unmaintained. Again, the biggest let down was the pool. Those traveling with kids understand how hard a road trip can be. The pool was the one thing to look forward to. Please don't advertise a pool if it's out of service and also please reduce your rates if your pool is out of service. I obviously won't stay here again and will not recommend.

El desayuno estuvo bien solo que no avía café,se tardaron mucho para llevarlo y cuando lo hicieron está muy ratito y no avían servilletas. Solo avía una persona atendiendo todo.

The unit need more maintenance and cleaning

The pool needed cleaning. It looked like ash from the fires. Found a earring that looks to be a new piercing. We did not use the facility but. To sleep and hang out in our room.

Air conditioning worked well, plenty of parking, i was able to park truck and travel trailer without a problem

Under New management has been helpful to this location. Customer service was available and ready to help! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Checking in after midnight was not a hassle. One thing is, if you are local bring cash for down payment!

This was a last minute, change of plans stay over due to the wildfires killing our camping night. Location was great for getting is back onto the hwy to head West. It was decent for a quick stop - I imagine exactly what it is designed for. Defo not a destination property. It was clean, quiet and well positioned so no complaints at all.

Horrible experience...the tub was dirty with the non slip peeling away and black accumulating around the edges. The breakfast was horrible. There were very limited choices. The milk was empty and the gall never returned with it refilled. We ended up going out for breakfast. We didnt get to use the pool and the hot tub was closed. It didnt look like anything special. There were spiky burrs all over the floor and even in the bed. After contacting management, he apologized and offered a 20 percent discount next stay. I will not be going back. It was a waste of money and way overpriced.

Nice outdoor pool !!

The carpet was grimy and there was a blood stain on a pillowcase. The kids liked the breakfast but we didn’t utilize the pool. The man at the front desk was very kind.
