Nice hotel, good value for money. Could need some better maintaining.

It looked like it was once a significant property for local conventions, given the size of the dining-area here (once a restaurant?), the location, and the era of it's build (1970s)… The modern facade for the entryway (keenly cropped-in + featured for their hotel-portrait) belies everything about this property. The 1970s time-capsule and architectural-bones quickly lose their charm, as you notice how poorly maintained everything is: worn, loose carpeting; a general C- cleanliness vibe & air about; "vintage" mattress, linens, and furnishings that were worn out; the most "modern" item here was the bodywash-gel, as the HDTV on the wall w/ the "sanitized" remote did NOT even work; did NOT trust the use of the in-room coffee-maker, NOR the offerings in the lobby NOR "free" breakfast-buffet…

Furthest room for my handicapped mother when we asked for a room close to the cafeteria; then the shower broke and it began spraying water all over the bathroom, breakfast ran out of food before 10 am, my bed was warped in the middle, I woke up with a back ache. The room was facing the railroad tracks which woke us up at 6 am. no credit was applied for inconvenience. Clean

Also I could find no printed, in-room, or digital info on the services and amenities offered. If they will no longer provide a hotel directory in the room, let guests know where they can find that basic info.

Good location, right on the highway, was very quiet. I think it's a former convention hotel as it's huge, with lots of rooms. With some new carpeting throughout, perhaps new lamps in the rooms and an updated havoc system, this old place would really come alive.

Definitely can use some updating, overall clean and worth the price. The pool wasn't open, not sure the reason as I didn't plan on using it anyway, but it was advertised as available.

When I checked in the staff did not direct me to even how to find my room or say anything about amenities or the $50 hold they put on your card. When I went to ask about that the next day one of the staff members was very helpful and the other one told me to leave that $50 as her tip. Which typically if I’m staying somewhere for a period of time and things are well I leave a tip, but not when someone says that and also my room wasn’t cleaned. I stayed there multiple days and I didn’t have the stuff I needed in my room. I typically do not leave bad reviews on hotels but this one was a little bit different. I mean it was very well located for me which was wonderful but the other stuff could’ve just been better if it was even just a little bit better they would’ve got a four.

The property is in serious need of remodeling and that is about as nice a review as I can leave.

Hallway carpet is worn, rooms were nice enough though. My room seemed to have a sewer gas leak. Other than the the staff and breakfast were good. Booked another stay already.

I'd been wanting to stay there for a long time. Finally we had a chance - Very charming older hotel with the detailed furnishings of an older time - it was obviously THE PLACE to go in its day! Beautiful, deep tub - just like the old days! Comfortable bed. We missed having a clock in the room. AC was making noise, so we turned it off - still maintained a good temperature, though. What they don't tell you beforehand is that you must approve a $50 fine from your bank account if something isnt right in the room after you leave.

The last time I stayed at this Red Loin was about 20 yeas ago. It was obvious the property has not been maintained. The rugs were very old & all rippled. The hallway carpet was all lumpy & taped together. I was concerned I might trip. The room had spots on the carpet. The TV was so small. The curtains did not close well. No chair to sit in except the desk chair. The bathroom was OK. Looked like it might have been remodeled. I was in Wenatchee for a union convention. Several of us stayed there & were not happy with the condition of the property. We will ask the union not to book here again.

The room was immaculate. Nothing.

The hotel is older, but has not been maintained. The carpets are dirty, and people were smoking in the facility.
