Days Inn by Wyndham West Memphis

Casino was close A/c was good They good do a better job cleaning the rooms, there was places that wasn't clean

I like nothing about my stay

disgusting bathroom and door lock broken. Roads around it were terrible. Overall not safe, clean. and the room smelled like someone cigarettes

There appeared to be people making drug deals in the parking lot. It's older and run down. BUT, bed was comfortable and it was close proximity to attractions. The Mexican restaurant next door was super!

I had a great time.

As soon as we walked in and set our stuff down a huge bug was laying on the bed. Heard a huge bang in the morning literally all jumped out of bed. Then heard a glass shattering. If it wasn’t so late when we got there not a chance we would’ve stayed the whole night.

The lady had a small attitude. Which I brushed off cuz I was tired from my drive. It was ok til 2 big cockroaches and 3 other small roaches appeared out of no where. I was ready to leave at that point t but I stayed...won't be booking again

Honestly the place needs renovation the cracks on the door frame are so big you can see out of them the floors were so dirty and sticky the bed was so high it was hard for us to get in the bed.we have stayed in this hotel many times but this is the worst shape it has ever been.

Need to upgrade rooms get the old rusty frame on the bed changed the rusted lamps need to be taken out the room i don't think I will stay there again

it was hosting homeless people. there were smely people every where.

I was denied my room despite paying for it.

The room (it was a smoking room, but stay with me here...) smelled like an old stale casino that has never ben aired out. All the soft surfaces were permeated like there is nothing done to refresh the room at all during cleaning. Even some Febreze would help. We stay in smoking rooms for all our trips and this was by far one of the worst smelling rooms we have ever encountered.

If you like cigarette and stall beer smell this is your place. Fortunately there were 2in cracks under the front door a gaping hole in the bathroom vent so you could see the outside work area. The continental breakfast photos on the website photoshopped from 2000 Days Inn catalog.. Breakfast had sausage gravy biscuits, toast and waffles. NO fruit ,no ,muffins .Do not get me started on the extremely rude staff. I dealt with 6 staff members that had the attitude ( Why are you here bothering me ) The check in Staff Lady was kinder than anybody however there is something to be said about that. It was West Memphis I quess. Coming back to work in this area again for a couple of weeks. This hotel will different not be on my list

Clean room convenient location great staff overall great hotel

There was a guy that just opened the door every morning without knocking!!!

I was put in a room with a broken air conditioning. Told the staff and they did nothing. It was 100° outside. The room was filthy.

2 serviettes dans une chambre pour 5 personnes Personnel vraiment pas agréable Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel Il y a que la piscine qui est belle

Ambiente muy deteriorado

The staff was rather friendly but the property is disgusting. There's no WiFi and the phones also don't work.

It was a great experience friendly and very comfortable
