Tru by Hilton West Memphis, AR

Toaster temperature too low for toast at breakfast. Shampoo and hand soap smells great!!! Dog area clean and maintained.

Exceptional

Staff was very friendly and cheerful and I love the 24 hour coffee/cocoa and liked the luggage carts Eggs and meat were eh - scrambled eggs and bacon would be better

Nice staff, clean atmosphere, the kids loved the pool!!!

Decor was fun, pool was nice, staff was friendly, location was convenient Microwave not in room, upstairs "neighbors" were loud late into the night, next door neighbor alarm went off at 5:55 am for 15 minutes, breakfast was mediocre.

Convenient, has all the things you need and none of the things you don’t need. The manager was great and the front desk staff was friendly. Great coffee and good omelets! The shower was not clean, there were back hairs all over the shower wall and on the shampoo and conditioner bottles.

Overall 5stars, breakfast was lovely, pool was great! Bathroom was very clean, beds were pure white and neatly tucked!

Very good

Everything was excellent

The staff was very friendly, respectful and welcoming.

Everything was good expect my next door neighbors they where to loud didn’t get much sleep

Cleanliness

All employees we encountered were very friendly and did a great job!!

The room and really everything especially breakfast

This is a great place to stay if you are passing through. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was very good with clean dinning. This property is beside the I-40 interstate, so its kinda loud at times, there is also a Casino across the freeway, which has people checking in throughout the night. But all in all its a great stay for the $$

The hotel was very quite, nice and clean.

Clean room

That I had to pay a 300$ deposit to stay and booking didn’t tell me that. They said because I had a west Memphis address I had to pay a fee to stay and I will not stay there anymore. I may have a west Memphis address but I was booking a room because I moved and came back to see my family and still had to pay a $300 deposit.

Staff was very friendly!

Very clean
