Dogs everywhere, noise all hours. The bed- hard as concrete. Had to buy an air camping mattress just to sleep. For a hotel that says they have a continental breakfast is to say the least, a joke! A packaged muffin, granola bar and coffee from an outside vendor is NOT a continental breakfast. Kitchen- another joke. Not a stitch if anything unless you ask for pots, silverware, no toaster or coffee maker either. We did ask and day 2 still nothing. We tried to heat up take out in the microwave and it went off like a Roman candle. Not replaced til day we were leaving. Do not recommend anything about place as bd if we could have left sooner we would have.

Sounded like someone was pacing very loudly right over us.

Front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. We plan on staying there again.

Room was clean, air worked, kitchen was a kitchen. Cost was effective. Will be back again

Incompetent staff, zero service quality, and appalling attitude. I arrived at the lobby on September 5 at 12:55 AM with a confirmed reservation. The front desk agent rudely told me that check-in after 12:00 AM was impossible, claiming it was "a rule at every hotel." | watched him turn away other guests for the exact same reason. After making me wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, I had to call Booking.com customer service myself to prove my reservation was still valid. It turned out the employee didn't even know how to unlock or operate the front desk tablet. Only after my call with customer support did he complete the check-in. Leaving guests stranded late at night due to sheer incompetence and lack of basic staff training is disgraceful. I will never stay at this hotel chain again. Avoid at all costs!

They are doing as good as they can. It's obviously a transitional place in a huge metropolitan area, so expect some less than desirable people/ homeless / people in need etc. overall it's just people in transition. It wasn't loud at night and the front desk staff are extremely helpful. If you need a place to crash for a week near gyms, groceries, and tons of food options, and you don't mind basic amenities, this is a good place. I went down the street to Goodwill and got a cheap little Skillet for like two bucks and was able to make hamburger and rice, and eggs, basic stuff, the TVs do not have smart capabilities so I would suggest bringing a Roku if Netflix is your jam

lots of food options really close by as well as gas and banks. area of town is nice as well. overall a good price with awesome perks.

For longer stays, I also recommend that the room be thoroughly cleaned at least every two weeks. The towels also need improvement. The current towels are poor quality and should be replaced with better ones.

The staff very friendly! Rooms very clean and nice. Wifi and air conditioning and quiet.

Location WiFi not working on IPhone . Spent about 1 hour with Velocity customer support but no luck. Lock did not work in bathroom - shower tap was leaking when you turn on. Very small microwave. Not a good value for the money. It is just ok.

We especially love the staff. Nancy was our favorite. She informed us of all the amenities that were available as we checked in and every day as we came and went she would always speak with us. Make sure everything was going well. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. Thank you for such a great stay.

Expedia says check in time anytime after three. I arrived at 1 AM and the front desk said that I could not check in because the “reservation had expired “, after charging me for the night‘s fee. There was no way that the front desk staff was going to let me stay at the hotel that they charged me for. This was a very dissatisfying customer service experience, among the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life, at 1 AM.

Easy and quick place to stay. Bring your own cooking utensils.
