The location I notice a lot of baby cockroaches on the floor when I got ready for bed. Very disappointing. I told the manager about it & I tried to get at least a partial refund. I haven't heard back yet. The bed was so hard, as well. My back was hurting the next day very badly. I will never stay there again.

Nothing at all. Roach infested rooms, the room was missing more than half of the furniture advertised in the pictures. Again I’m going to mention the roach infestation.

The maintenance guy was very friendly and the room was clean. The staff checking me in gave off very weird vibes. He kept asking me questions and repeating the questions I already answered.

It’s close to a lot of places The TV doesn’t work. They didn’t wanna switch me out to another room and they don’t have a backup TV and they don’t have a backup remote for the TV all in all the TV was useless.

Wasted my money , claimed 24/7 service then was told check in was 3pm when I showed my receipt was for Friday night a Saturday morning . I came in at Saturday midnight 1:00am to sleep and he said too bad come back at 3pm . So I wasted my money there horrible.

Everything was four star, from the room to the check in, I highly recommend staying at the Lambert Inn.
