Very nice staff. The main room floor was a little dirty. Vinyl floor (not carpet) needed to be mopped

The stay was ok, but instead of putting a hold on my card for incidentals, they actually charged the card, which has never happened to me before

The only good part is the location and the pool was clean We booked 3 rooms and 1 had old mold in the mini fridge and the tv did work. Brought this to the staffs attention and all they said was they would discount the next stay which there will be no next stay as this was our family trip and we will never stay at this hotel again. The 2nd room the toilet was not working and it was not properly cleaned.

The lady at the reception area seemed bothered when we walked in she was very rude At first she said we didn't have a reservation but I got charged for it then she said it would take about a half hour for the reservation to go through when we checked back 30 minutes later she said still no reservation without her even checking I would have left but we had already paid and to top it off the TV didn't work I would never again
