Convenience of the location. I love how people were able to gather in the lobby with their families and/or friends. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Nice, clean and presentable

Very good staff for service. Shout out to Mary at the front desk. Staff responding quickly to address the couple of minor issues. Placecwas clean everywhere we looked. Breakfast and area was fine. Food offerings were OK and plentiful making a good start to our day and continued travel. Definitely would stay there again.

It’s convenient. I was displaced a few weeks. The front seat staff Ms.Mary went above and beyond to see that my family was settled and comfy. Ms.Lanika the breakfast attendant was friendly. I stay here often and we love our stay. It’s like family. Our refrigerator has a problem.

I requested a early checkin which the hotel charged me $50.00 for unless you are a member. Then I get to the room and it is dirty. I immediately go back to the front desk and they had to give me another room different from what i booked. The pool was very cold so my kids didnt care for that much.
