Location, pool, breakfast We had a king size bed, and only three pillows four pillows on a bed that size would have been nice

The room was great and despite the remodeling everything was clean and peaceful. My main concern with this property is that I extended my stay through a third party site but my debit card on file was charged. I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk when I was checking out and he suggested I call back if the charge moved from pending to posted. This past Tuesday, September 22, 2026, the charge posted. So I called to have the issue rectified. I ended up speaking with Mary the supervisor, who looked into the issue and called back within the time she said she would. Mary stated that she saw the double charge and would speak with the accountant because she processes the refunds and I would be contacted later that day. It is now Saturday, September 26, and I have yet to be refunded my money or receive a call back. I tried calling and was placed on hold, mysteriously the phone was disconnected. I’m completely disappointed in how this situation has been handled. Never expected anything like this from the Hilton brand. This is disheartening because I thought I had found somewhere great to stay for my bi-weekly trips to Woodbridge from NC.

Room was clean and quiet. Nice selection of channels on TV. And pool was smaller, but still nice (not freezing) and clean. Overall 10/10.

The front desk was extremely knowledgable and accomodating. I will stay again, next time I'm in the area!

A well appointed room, very spcious and clean and quiet. Staff very helpful. Mary, the recepetionist was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

I loved the full size refrigerator. Every hotel should consider these. The head of the bed was kind of sloped downward.

The staff was nice however my quest and I were given a late check out courtesy upon check in to later be reversed by the morning staff.

The room was not as clean as we would have liked and the breakfast options were not great. Wish they offered non pork meat options as well. I do appreciate the large room size.

People doesn’t matter about how to stay on the pool, some persons are with clothes which is not the best. The staff doesn’t control
