The staff was kind and courteous. There was an odor upon entering the building, but I was assured it was because they were renovations ongoing. Once I checked in, received my room keys, I headed to the elevator. It is worth mentioning that the location of the elevator is at the back of the building, in the corner; the only elevator. I unloaded my luggage onto a cart and walked to the elevator, only to realize that it was out of order and not working. I returned to the front desk, informed the staff & requested a room change as I have sustained an injury and am unable to walk the stairs. I received a new room and proceeded there. Once in the room, I noticed that the mattress was sunken in & the bathroom shower was not fully closed-in. I assumed the hotel designed it to be functional, however, the water from showering splashed out onto the floor. That wasn't the only issue with the shower. The drain is not sufficient and water was standing in the shower. It took an hour to fully drain. Later in the evening, when my partner showered, it did not drain sufficiently either. Also, there were loud clanging sounds and black particles came out of the drain. During the night water leaked from SOMEWHERE (we could not see where it was coming from) and flooded the bathroom floor and leaked onto the carpet as well. This was a miserable stay for us. I informed the staff and they were courteous even refunded us for the stay. But my goodness, I was so disappointed! These are things no one should endure & I hope the owners will support management & staff with a total demolition & remodel.

Everything in this motel went above and beyond but that's what I expect from courtyards that's why I like staying in them Nothing for this box

Very clean Paid extra for breakfast to be included. By right about check out time after nothing but blank stares I pulled out of them that i was to charge the overpriced food to the room and then they would comp it as long as i went back to the front desk. The staff at the breakfast area looked at me like i was speaking another language when i asked

It seemed like an older hotel but is maintained well. The room was clean and comfortable, easy to get to.

Our burger was microwaved and served in a cardboard box to our table. Go to hotel next door to eat. Parking was good. Rooms are average.

Older hotel, but they have made some upgrades. Clean room and comfortable bed. Was what I expected at this price point.

They cancelled my stay when I came late even if I called the hotel ahead of time and the staff said it was OK.

That the sheets were clean The room was very dim, bad lighting Weird smell in room Carpets dirty Chair in room dirty Towel had hair on it

Great place, I’d stay here again.

Half of the mattress was worn and rutted, very uncomfortable. Minimal sleep, hot water OK, water pressure at bath sink was lackluster. Leaf blowers running right outside my window at 7:30 AM.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location to where we wanted to visit.

A room is $88 without breakfast or $132 to include breakfast on booking.com. well I decided to do the breakfast included not knowing it was from a Starbucks inside the hotel (food was good no complaints) my problem I have is when we got to breakfast they said we could only have 1 breakfast item and 1 drink so only one of us could eat even tho when booking it says 2 people. So at least give us 1 breakfast item each and 1 drink each. Anyways, save your money and don't do breakfast included and just buy your breakfast and save money. I paid $40+ dollars more for the room and $10 for 1 breakfast sandwiches when I could have used that $40 plus extra, and we could have both ate without spending the extra $10 on top and still had extra. Anyways, I would stay again, just not opt for the breakfast included option.
