La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Allen at The Village

Desk reps did greet us upon arrival warmly, coming or going. The room was clean but dank (like an old motel). Room definitely showed lots of wear. Breakfast was decent.

Tianna that usually works the morning shift and 6 in the evening are wonderful. They are very understanding and they accommodate for the things that I need within the room and they show compassion and I feel like they treat everybody how they want to be treated, which makes me feel comfortable to stay there with my son.

This is a well maintained facility with a very slow elevator. The rooms are nice. Bed comfortable, TV station choice, and great shower.

Well we got there and there was big tubes running through the halls and down tve staircase. There was renovations being done on the AC units I beleive. I left for the day and came back and the room was moist...like my clothes were all moist/damp....everything was including the bed sheets. I informed the front desk and they quickly moved me rooms. There was hair in the drain of the shower of the new room but we stayed.

The staff was great and the hot tub and pool were amazing No towels at pool and breakfast was over at straight up 9am. Couldn't get anything at 9:10am

The place was really clean it felt safe and the staff was wonderful the carpet did have a unique odor. But other than that it was a good stay

Hotel staff was amazing and helpful. Only negative part was the dirty staircase that had dead roaches and very dirty carpet. Also killed to roaches in the bathtub.

First room we stayed in was filthy. Smelled muggy. There was hair in the tubs, rest room seemed like someone had just used it. There were roaches in between the mattresses.

We met with the manager, Keny, about changing our room. He was kind, listened, and made a change for us to another room. It was a great room & we were thankful that he made it available. Ti Anna, at the front desk, also was very kind and took care of some of our needs. We have stayed at this location before & will be staying there again in the future, if we need a hotel in this area. They have a breakfast area .... fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, you can make your own waffles, 3 or 4 dry cereals to pick from, yogurt, pastries, small muffins, (and more, but that's all I remember)..... and Seattle's Best coffee - very good coffee!
