TRU By Hilton Allen Dallas

Our room was clean, mattress was a little stiff, missed having a coffee pit and microwave in the room, but overall satisfied.

It was amazing and I would definitely recommend this one

Everything except coffee Coffee

Clean and quiet Soap dispensers unhygienic and difficult to use. Problem for anyone disabled or wit arthritis

This place is great. No complaints

Comfortable rooms, nice staff, breakfast ok.

First time to stay at a Tru we were very impressed. The beds are so comfy. Will stay again!

The customer service, amenities, location, and price / value. My room #407 smelled like a wet dog. If you’re allowing pets, then EVERYTHING needs to be thoroughly cleaned, including changing the air conditioning filters.

Great hotel, great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff

Everything was perfect

The place was great. Staff was friendly and great location.

Our first hotel room had bugs on the window, wall, and bed blanket. Luckily they were able to move us to another room. My husband loved the breakfast, he ate 2 days and said they had different items both days. Great location to the local Walmart, less than 5 minutes away.

Superb

Beds were very uncomfortable

Additionally, the amenities were lacking. There is only one electric vehicle charger on-site, which was occupied by the same vehicle from 7:00 PM until well after 11:00 AM, making it impossible for other guests to use. The complimentary breakfast was also of very poor quality. Due to these ongoing cleanliness and operational issues, I would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay every time!

Great

The room was clean and location was convenient. Breakfast okay. Would stay again if in the area.

The room was spacious and clean. The lobby was filled with activities for kids entertainment.

The property was very clean inside and outside. Check-in process and the checkout process was very good and so were the two employees. We did not eat there cause we were in a hurry to get back on the road. It looked good. The presentation was very good at the breakfast timeframe. The only complaint that I have is the bed that we slept on was lumpy. I tossed and turned all night long and woke up with a sore back and taking a hot shower again really helped relieve the pain. The room was extremely clean. Just a bad needs to get replaced.
