No shampoo or conditioner or cups. They only had I cup. I got bitten by a mosquito or flea in the room. We asked for a refund and left the h hotel.

It was close to my destination The water pressure in the shower was very low. And I mean very very low. And the drainage in the shower was backed up. We were stepping in dirty water while showering. Room 101

Saff was helpful once you found them. It was sometimes a long wait at the desk for them to appear. The location was good, except a bit worrisome due to the smash-and-grab notices. The room smelled musty and needed airing out. The AC took a bit to get working, as the breaker had to be reset 3x. One window was without a screen and was covered with cobwebs. While the bathroom floor looked clean, when cleaning up a spill, the washcloth turned black. Breakfast was pretty sad. Energy bars, coffee, packaged muffins, and oatmeal, with only hot water. There was also no shampoo in the shower.

I felt the hotel provided the bear minimum.

​The woman at the front desk was friendly and really helped us. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant, I didn't get her name but I totally appreciate her help. The place was quiet and safe, I am staying here again next month. I highly recommend this hotel.

READ MY REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING!!! I can't tell you how it was to stay at this hotel because we were not allowed to check in for a room we reserved and had our confirmation number prior to when we arrived. We arrived a little after 1:00 am and no one was in the lobby to let us in. The doors were locked. We called the hotel and no one answered. Finally after numerous attempts we got a hold of someone and we explained that no one was at the front desk and the doors were locked. The person on the phone told us basically that we were out of luck and could not check in until 11:00am in the morning. She was rude and told us no one was available because they all left at 11:00 pm. and then hung up on us. We tried calling back but they never answered the phone again. We were stuck with no where to go, in a town we were not familiar with. We were extremely worried and stressed with the experience. We were afraid of not being able to find a location to stay at and possibly sleep in our car which could be dangerous. How can a front desk lobby close their doors at 11:00pm and go home? After calling Booking.com and letting them know of what was happening, they themselves tried calling the property to let them know we were there and needed to check in, they were not able to reach anyone. Finally after trying to get into six different hotels in the area, we found a hotel that worked with us and let us check in after looking for a room for 4 hours. Worst experience ever! Do not book with Extended Stay America in San Jose, Ca, on 2131 Gold Street, a hotel that offers this type of service does not deserve our support/business. All the other hotels we visited around the area had their doors open and someone was at the front desk and willing to help but had no rooms available. THERE ARE PLENTY OF HOTELS AROUND THIS AREA WHERE A ROOM CAN BE LOCATED AND CAN OFFER A BETTER QUALITY OF SERVICE. It would be nice if the hotel manager would contact us to apologize after reading my... Did not like the fact that no staff was available to check us in. Someone should always be there for their guest whether they are checked in or waiting to arrive to check in their guest and not be told too bad, you have to wait til they arrive at 11:00 am to check in.

In the first room, the AC was broken and second room. The TV remote was broken. The faucet had broken and was out of the bathroom for a public restroom no towels one washcloth call the front desk for more pillows. They told us they don’t have any. Checking out

The rooms were spacious and comfy No one was ever at the front desk. The bathrooms didnt have shampoo. Every time we went to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket or shampoo or anything u stood there for 5 to ten mins b4 anyone came to the front desk

I wish I would’ve known ahead of time that there’s no turn down service. No blow dryer in the room.

TV didn't work. Hair on my sheets, the floor was scary. No shampoo, smelled like smoke when I enter the room.

When we first got our room keys, there was already someone staying in the room. Then we were downgraded from a King to a double bed and was still charged the original amount. We booked back in April so why our room wasnt availbe on time or even the correct room is beyond me. Im still wanting a refund of the difference

When we arrived there was no one there to check us in, when they finally came back, the two employees were arguing infront of the line of customers saying there were no rooms although I had a reservation. Then they proceeded to check in the other two groups behind me, while I was waiting and still unsure of if they had a room for us. We go into the room and it was dirty. Hairs on the toilet, in the shower, a used soap also with hairs on it and used hand towels. Don't look under the beds as it's never been cleaned there. Anyways, we did not stay and left. The property is not properly managed, customer service is the bottom of the barrel and the rooms are gross. The photos online look way better than in person.
