HYATT house San Jose/Silicon Valley

Exceptional

How honey it felt & so near the a pharmacy & food! The cable had rough reception. We culdnt really watching anything for long, even on the channels that came in.

2nd time staying at this location will stay every time I go to the game

Room and property was clean. Had a nice stay!

I understand that mistakes can happen, but assigning a room that was already occupied is a serious issue and should not happen. It definitely affected my overall experience and left me feeling uncomfortable about staying at the hotel. I hope management takes this situation seriously and improves their room-assignment and check-in procedures to ensure this does not happen to another guest.

New: the facilities are new, clean. So we enjoyed our experience. Nice: Staff are friendly, nice. Plus: parking is convenient! Thank you for providing good service!

Great hotel! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was a plus. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing

The property was above and beyond my expectations! My room was clean and I had no problems whatsoever! I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for an amazing experience.

Exceptional

Comfortable bed & bath Staff that didn’t always tell the truth, especially about pricing

Clean room. Amazing, friendly staff. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend and will be staying here again.

The breakfast buffet was terrible. Although it was complimentary with our stay, my friends and I couldn't get past the rubbery sausage patties and flavorless eggs.

Great location to stay at, if you're attending a concert or a game at Levi Stadium. It wasn't far at all. My only disclaimer was the room carpet was very soiled and dirty (because they do allow for pets in this hotel). They don't clean your room daily if you stay more than two days also. But otherwise the safety and using your door card to get in an out of the hotel was great.

I had a good stay

Loved our stay but housekeeping knocked on our door 3 times to clean our room before check out felt rushed to leave

Exceptional

Definitely a high contender for my future travels. Most importantly check out is at NOON, which is rare now a days.
