Good staff, clean rooms, pretty hotel. Pool bathrooms were not clean enough.

It’s was very clean and the majority of the staff were very friendly. I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t take snacks or drinks for my little girls by the pool. The staff informed me that I was only allowed to take things bought in the bar area but my daughters didn’t eat what they had and to top it off the bar area didn’t even have juice for kids only soda and my girls don’t drink soda.

Location Front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. Housekeeping and staff at breakfast were exceptional. Our room had a strong chemical smell when we first arrived. It could use an update in the room. Breakfast options could use a menu redo, not very many kid friendly options with the exception of Mickey waffles.

I love everything about it

The pool and slides. The room was of poor quality with comforters that smelled, the room itself smelled as well, there was stains on the furniture from food, and a sink that was clogged and couldn’t be used. Housekeeping staff knocked on my door when I didn’t respond she went into my room while I was sleeping on the second day saying that we were meant to be checked out even though we were scheduled for another two nights. The pool area does not allow food or drinks other than the ones sold there but the chicken came back undercooked and we had to go out to eat instead. Sucks that the only allowed food is inedible and a safety hazard my son could have gotten food poisoning. When we first contacted the staff on things needed for the room and my stay it took me 3 calls to request the items and a day and half for someone to finally respond. After that making any request or bringing up concerns felt indifferent to the staff. We’ve stayed here for years and will start looking to stay somewhere else for our Disney vacations.

Waterpark slides on hotel site is great. 20min flat easy walk to Disneyland. Worst buffet breakfast menu i have ever seen. No bacon, bread, pancakes, hash browns, hot chocolate, baked beans... list goes on. Very basic buffet breakfast with waffles as the main food theme.

The vibes were on point The water slides and food service was nice

The room was nice, upgraded, and clean. Not a fan of the free breakfast. Kids had a blast at the pool.
