Candlewood Suites Anaheim - Resort Area by IHG

Exceptional

Very helpful staff, loved the room they put us in when checking in early.

Very good

Nothing special, not the cleanest room I have been in but for one night. It did the job.

It was a clean room and the staff was not only friendly but they were also very helpful

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Because there are only 2 elevators, you have to pack your patience at times. Free laundry machines were great. The pool is only 3 feet deep and quite small, but it worked great for peaceful floating. I wish they offered king size beds! They also need more towels in the room to start for a week long stay. Loved being able to load the dishwasher and start it running as we checked out at the end of a fun week!

It was clean and quiet and had fully stocked kitchen supplies (not food product except coffee). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy.

Lots of ants in my room

The tv didn’t work didn’t have many trash bags available the pool didn’t seem cleaned and there wasn’t any pool towels

The pool was nice and having free laundry The parking was small and only one way to get to the hotel

They ran out of parking. There were ants in the bathroom.

Very convenient area, close to Disneyland and other areas to enjoy/walk to. Very friendly and helpful staff! My flight landed later than expected, staff made check-in very easily. Also accommodated with a complimentary late check out as well. Enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

Very easy check in process. Staff were all very friendly and the room was very clean.

Good

NA Did not give me the 3 bed hotel that I paid for and reserved. Cloudy water and no bed sheets for the kids

Great hotel close to parks

Stayed to go to Disneyland and the oogie bogey bash, it’s so close and easy to get to.

I thought they don't offer breakfast The air conditioner and refrigerator make a lot of noise.

The air conditioner and refrigerator make a lot of noise.

Was very clean and the bed where very comfortable. The location it’s great about 15-20 min walking distance to Disneyland 😃 we had a great time!!!
