I arrived around 9pm, no one at front desk. Wait 15 minutes to finally have someone checked in. WiFi is not working initially because they don’t have my correct email for my booking through Expedia. Microwave is poorly maintained

The room was outdated and the bedding was uncomfortable. The room also wreaked of mildew. We also could hear EVERYTHING going on in the halls and other rooms, so we didn’t bother completing our stay. We went straight back down with our things and handed the key cards back.

Location near Disney. Staff was nice. Parking was excellent. It was clean except bathroom needs to be updated. The bathroom had the fan broken and it made the room very humid. The ceiling had mold because the fan was broken and need some ventilation and the tub needs to be scrubbed.

Let’s be serious, it’s not a Marriott Courtyard. But it’s an inexpensive hotel pretty clean a great value and good enough. I wasn’t entertaining the president or anything. It was right down the street from the JW Marriott, which was where I was going to a party so for me, it was absolutely perfect. Remember, it’s like a motel six, but nicer.

There were some noticeable upgrades to the furniture in the rooms since our last stay in 2021. Night stands have usbc, usba and standard electrical outlets. The bathroom could use upgrades as the bathroom counter was chipped and sink was cracked. The toilet seat was misaligned and the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. There were a could have days where I had to ask the front desk member to replenish the breakfast table as they do not actively keep track of diminishing supplies. Like my other stays here, this property tends to attract unfavorable characters and noticed them arguing with front desk employees about payment and trying to overstay their welcome. The employees seem to be used to these types of situations. Also, the street next to the hotel attracts houseless people who live in their cars. Not the responsibility of the hotel but considering a lot of families stay here, it could be a concern for cleanliness and safety. This is a great located hotel for Disneyland as well as food at Garden Walk. I like this hotel but it has the potential to be so much better with a little work.

My stay at the Extended Stay in Anaheim was mixed. At approximately $200 for one night, I expected considerably more. There was nowhere to pull over outside for check-in because the curbs were red, so I had to park and walk to the front desk. No one was there when I arrived, and I had to wait for assistance. The property also appeared understaffed. My first room smelled strongly of body odor. When I returned later and mentioned it to the front desk, they kindly moved me to another room. Unfortunately, although the second room was non-smoking, it smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. I ended up lighting vanilla-scented candles to mask the odor. The refrigerator also wasn't working. There were positives: the bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, the bedding was clean, and I slept very well. Overall, the hotel could use significant upgrades and better attention to room conditions. There also appeared to be quite a few long-term residents, which created an unusual and sometimes uncomfortable atmosphere. For the price, I was disappointed with the overall experience.

The photos are extremely deceiving and do not accurately represent the condition or quality of the hotel. The location is convenient for a Disneyland vacation, and there was plenty of last-minute availability—which, in hindsight, should have been a red flag. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were terrible. The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke throughout, and our room key was deactivated every single day, requiring us to repeatedly go to the front desk for assistance. There was no housekeeping service during our stay, and towels were never restocked. We had to ask for clean towels every day, and each time we were told they were out. We also requested an additional pillow and were told there were no pillows available. The listing advertised amenities including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave; however, there was no microwave in the room, despite it being listed as an amenity. Customer service was equally disappointing. One morning, there were approximately three to four front desk employees gathered together on a coffee break while a line of guests stood waiting to be assisted. Between the misleading photos and amenities, lack of basic housekeeping supplies, cigarette smell, repeated room-key issues, and poor customer service, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

"Breakfast" included is a very weak statement. More like snacks.
