The room was immaculate and the staff was so helpful

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I was in Los Angeles for a short vacation and came across this hotel; the price seemed a bit high, but I saw many great reviews and decided to stay there. From the moment we arrived at the entrance, the valet staff greeted us warmly and answered all our questions. Inside, the hotel looked spotless and beautiful, and our room was very tidy; it was also cleaned and organized daily. If you visit Los Angeles—no matter where you are coming from—this is undoubtedly one of the best hotels to stay at, whether with friends or family. The valet service is worth it, even though there are cheaper street parking options. It is definitely worth paying the hotel's $60 fee to keep the car safe and have it brought to the entrance at any time, 24 hours a dayits worth it. Thanks to the entire staff; they gave us recommendations that really helped us enjoy our vacation. Thank you.

The hotel is super conveniently placed. Just a quick jaunt over to Disneyland, and it's connected to the mall. During our stay there was a festival in the mall with amazing street food. Also, being in Anaheim it's a convenient location if you're looking to do various day trips throughout the LA area and only 1.5 hrs from San Diego. The breakfast buffet is quite good, but a little pricey. Think Carribean all inclusive quality. All of the staff are super nice, helpful, and responsive which is fairly refreshing for a hotel in the US. In general it's also pretty quiet, tranquil, and relaxing. A nice break from the chaos that is Disney. Downsides: the pool was fairly cold and is almost always 100% in the shade. The pool area is part of the bar which also serves food, so you cannot bring your own food in the area. The price of a room is quite high unless you find a deal. I can't say I would stay here at full price.

Rooms were well kept and clean, room service was also great

Staff was fantastic. Room was clean. Location was convenient. The view from the rooftop restaurant was great.

Service was ok. The shower head was terrible and they give you little amenities. The buffet breakfast was pretty average for $60 USD a head. Staff were helpful at front desk.

I booked kind of last minute & was not paying attention to the fees. It is a valet only property and there is no self pay parking. At $70/night I found that outrageous. On top of the other fees. The wifi never worked in my room, I was too tired when trying to access it to contact guest services to figure it out, so that piece is on me but if your paying for it in the fees, it should just work when you you try to log on. There was no literature in the room to explain how to get any of the amenities to work. The price was certainly not worth it. There was construction across the street on another hotel that started very early in the morning so that woke me. Beyond the hotels control though. The city view is… not a city view. It’s just a the highway and other hotels and construction. Overall, because of the price. I wouldn’t stay here again. At the end of the day it was just an average hotel room with a luxury price tag.

Will have to look for new hotel next year.

The washroom ceiling had blotches of yellow stains on it and random hair everywhere. We checked in very late and had unpacked before we

    Very good

Poor follow through from staff in several areas. Long delay for valet for over 30 min, lost an item we had them hold, fridge did not work and they did not have a replacement and long wait at rooftop dining. Beautiful resort but too many service issues for this level of hotel

In general, if you called for service good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I waited about 10 min to get some towels then just gave up. Housekeeping was horrible. 1 day they just didn’t come even though I didn’t have do not disturb up and left at 9:30am. Came back at 11pm and had to go downstairs to complain and get some towels to shower. The next day we had the do not disturb and the housekeeping opened the door on my wife at around 10am. Breakfast was ok. The quality of the eggs weren’t so great. A simple sunny side up was never made right with runny white. Or omelette that was never good. In general the quality of the eggs were poor. Donuts were incredible, so were the French toast. The pancakes were ok and the cookies were great. Very average breakfast for what you pay for. The best staff members are the bell desk and valet. Leaving was a breeze. They took my luggage and got my car and had everything ready for me to leave. Only thing that could be improved would be offering some water for the road. Not usual JW Marriott service level. It’s clean though for a hotel by Disney.

Great staff, breakfast was expensive.Room was nice and cool. 10 minutes walking distance from Disneyland and Disneyland Adventures. My only complaint is that they missed cleaning my room for one day other than that no complaint. I will be staying at this hotel again.

Clean rooms, nice marble/tile bathroom that was clean and modern. The staff was very kind and very friendly. Pool was easy to access, 1 mile away from Disneyland Park with shuttle walkable distance from the Hotel. I’d definitely recommend. Although, hotel parking fee was more than usual fees.

    Superb

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

Room had a strong odor when we checked in so had to change room. Next day house cleaning did not come. Also valet parking overcharged for 5 nights rather than 4. When I pointed the mistake they acknowledged and said they will fix the bill but have not done till now. Supervisor never called and said my phone # was not on file. When I told her my bonvoy # is on the reservation she acked she did not try hard enough

We had an amazing view facing Disneyland and were able to watch the firework show, it truly added to the magic of our Disneyland trip. We would definitely stay here again!
