Team was very accommodating friendly and the breakfast was really good.

They stay with the hotel was good for my family but unfortunately, when I call couple days prior to arrival lady at the front desk name of Jackie, answer the phone very rude and disrespectful in a customer service way were I ask questions since I’m guest from Texas, and she couldn’t answer and cut me off the phone professionally when we got to our old hotel room. There was a black mark on the carpet which I notified the front desk. They told me that it was already been reported. Also, the master suite bedroom, king-size bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Our backs hurt like sleeping on the rock, the other two beds were comfortable, but overall the places clean I didn’t like the fact that they charge for parking and I wasn’t notified about that also friendly staff the food was OK but eating ground beef like it was tacos for the first two stays days was like OK but they changed the menu for overall it’s right there at this place wish they could change their habits and change. The breakfast will be coming back again for a couple years.

Staff was great. A few minor issues with appliances but no big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed over a week, nice place, friendly staff and hot breakfast was a bonus.

The room was nicer than we expected. You can tell that they updated the room to keep up with modern demands, but it still has a classic look. The shower curtain didn't fit the tub well, which made water drip outside the tub, but other than that the room was great. The breakfast was delicious and they swapped a few things daily to keep it different enough to not feel like it was exactly the same each time.

The hotel was nice. The room very spacious but the room was super humid. AC worked fine.

This was a great hotel for the price. The breakfast was limited but very nice to have before going to Disney. Everything was pretty clean with the exception of a few leftover hairs in the tub. There is no shuttle of bus nearby for Disney so you either need a car or can walk to the Toy Story parking lot, but it’s a 10-15 min walk. We took Uber and it was less than $12 each way. The pool was also great but the hot tub was closed our last day. Pam at the front desk was so wonderful! They even let us have a late checkout.

Perfect location and rooms were very spacious. I was very comfortable in the room. Refrigerator worked well and plenty of room. Perfect for a family

You can see the Disney’s fireworks 9-9pm Friday and Saturday.

Such a nice place away from home. It has everything to feel cozy. The breakfast is decent and much better than other places.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, they offered French toast one day that we were there and the other days was pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, breads and muffins. As well as coffee and juices. The eggs were a bit watery. The room was a lot smaller than I would have liked for 6 people. In the bedroom were 2 queen sized beds and there was barely enough room to walk thru and have our luggage. The beds were okay, a little too firm. The bathroom is small as well and very humid if you take a warm shower. One of the days we went out to the hot tub, it was a good size but the furniture around it definitely needed a cleaning. They had lots of webs and dust and stuff on the ground from the trees around the area. Overall it was a decent stay for the 3 nights we were there. Not sure I would chose this place again.

The suites are very spacious and the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend for a family visiting Disneyland.
