Very satisfied, staff is very helpful
-
My room and the common areas were all clean and everything was functional. The staff was courteous and helpful and an excellent breakfast was available for us all fee. I would definitely stay there again.
-
Lots of road noise due to the windows!!
-
Cons too many to mention. The main con was we don’t think the room was cleaned before we checked in. Parking was difficult.
-
Just an average hotel.

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfy! We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Since it rained the entire time we stayed in Anchorage, we were glad we had a car to get to restaurants. Room was nice. Typical with 2 queen beds and bathroom. Enough room for 5 pieces of luggage. No side tables for persons next to walls. Had to put book and phone on floor. Had a breakfast, but had to pay for it. Did not purchase the breakfast. Room a bit pricey, but found that everything in Alaska is pricey. Had many restaurants and a Walmart 5-10 miles from hotel.

Felipe in the bar was fantastic!

Close to downtown.

- Required key card to enter the hotel. That was fine. However, key card was also required to enter the restrooms near the lobby. Did not feel safe after seeing that. - Very limited parking. Once that is full, you have to park on the street. The on street parking is free overnight till 8am. Which meant I had to get up early and feed the parking meter or get fined. We found parking when we checked in early and decided to take uber to and from the restaurant for dinner so we didn't have to park on the street.

We were very happy with our stay! The staff were wonderful. The room and common areas were in great shape - all clean and modern. We had a room with mini kitchen, which included 2 burner stove, medium sized fridge, microwave, and dishes/utensils/a couple pans. I was concerned based on reviews but we did not have any issues with non-guests and the security measures (use of keycard to enter from parking or after hours in front) seemed like no big deal and welcome imo. The overflow parking lot was not far at all - closer than many main lots. I would highly recommend the Aspen downtown if you want to be near downtown at a reasonable price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. we wanted to stay an extra night cause of my hip surgery and they helped us make sure we didn’t get charged double. I will stay there again in the future, Thank you!

Would definitely stay there again!

Clean, quiet, modern, friendly staff, so-so breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good location (2 blocks from the Anchorage Museum), Held my luggage for me until my plane departed. Breakfast maybe but it was adequate.

The building looks like it can be overhauled. Room was ok a little musky smell. No coffee in the room had to go upstairs to lobby for coffee to find out out the pot isn’t regularly made and was a solid block of coffee grounds (but the pot was spotless ). Tv reception is the worst I have ever seen couldn’t watch 10 seconds of a show with out it freezing up or buffering. WiFi so inconsistent( not sure how many guest where on it) Overall: Like I said get what you paid for. We choose to spend less time in the hotel and see what Homer had. If you’re looking for a more comfortable hotel with amenities… definitely look elsewhere. But if you want cheep and more affordable to spend on adventures then choose this.

Location Towel had some hair

We pay almost $400 for this place and on the day we moved in, it was $150. Annoyed by that. It is downtown but basically a nicer motel. Nice shower. Lousy looking breakfast.
-
Nice location close to the train depot. Safe place to stay.
-
It wasn’t great. Staff didn’t offer information on WiFi or anything at all

Cleanliness Nil
