I ordered a pizza for dinner. Besides coming very late (I had to call to remind them), it was in a pizza box...no napkin, no silverware...and it came from their restaurant! When I checked in the man at reception gave me wrong information on how to get to my room...weird! everyone should at least know their hotel!

I did like that the hotel is beautiful and has a lovely bar and restaurant and the food, hummus platter, was delicious. I loved shopping in the gift store and getting coffee at the gift store in the very early hours. We did pop down to the hotel gym which is very well appointed. The hotel is very convenient to the train station as well. The only reason I am not giving the hotel an excellent rating is because I paid $1000 for 1 night. Absolutely ridiculous!! The cost per night. It was way too much for what you get.

Also, there is a $15 a day parking fee that wasn't disclosed. Just so you know.

This was such a great place to stay. Very walkable and central for tours and dining out, it was a safe and quiet location in downtown. The hotel itself felt very smart and upscale, with contemporary fittings and good attention to detail. The room felt spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The whole hotel was clean, including the fitness center, which had modern and working equipment. Dining options on site were very good, as was the small store at the front of the hotel selling coffee, snacks and souvenirs. Would have no hesitation in staying here again next time I visit. Everything I wanted and needed on site, with friendly and welcoming staff.

Great walking distance to restaurants and activities. Unique decor inside.

Excellent location, you can walk to the train station and to the town center, shopping mall. Quite and easy, very nice.

The room was cozy and clean The coffee…not enough and not too good More bottled water would have been nice

Room was spacious and I could walk to most city sites.

Everything was perfect. We will stay there again.

Parking runs about $20/day. The rooms are great and beds are comfy. Note, that it is located in the heart of downtown, so it can be loud at night. They provide earplugs for guests in the rooms, which is a nice touch. The restaurants were also quite good. Rooms were meticulously cleaned daily, which was great.

Loved it!!!

For how large and how many rooms this property has, it was clean and well maintained. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. While staff at restaurant were so nice and attentive, food was not good. Location was amazing so you have a lot of great options to eat out that are really just steps or short walk from hotel. Very close to airport, bike shop and Tony Knowles Coastal bike path, right at the start. Super close to the Alaska Railroad depot for our train departure. We enjoyed our 3 nights there immensely.

The only thing I liked about the property was that there was a great coffee shop onsite and a lovely rooftop courtyard area Out room location was situated on a very busy intersection. Very noisy . I asked to be moved as we did pay for a harbour view and was told that’s Harbor and all we have available . This was said by quite a rude employee who was obviously finishing for the day as he had his personal items on his back . I was just an inconvenience.

the room was nice I didn't have any hot water for most of my stay. They were able to fix it the last hour of my stay and promised a partial refund that was never received.
