Candlewood Suites Anchorage Midtown by IHG

Nice new hotel. Great location.

Room has all facilities. Staff is good. Breakfast

I had an incident with my teenaged daughter and the night auditor was very helpful getting her calmed down. It was

great place to stay

Our stay was great. We did not hear other guest noise. The staff were helpful but not over the top. We did not use the pool. The laundry facility was great.

Mi experiencia fue grata y cómoda si cumplió expectativas.

Clean rooms for a nice stay in midtown Anchorage. I will be staying here again!

Clean room staff very nice and it’s really good for families, pool was under maintenance but other than great experience

False advertisement will not allow cats just Dogs but says pets why the hate on felines Hated the false advertisement. IF YOU DONT ACCEPT ALL PETS DONT PUT ALLOWS PETS ON YOUR WEB SITE COMPLETLY TURNED ME AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FROM NOW ON.

The front end staff & housekeeping were very accommodating allowing us to stay an extra hour in our room due to flight issues.

I got the room because of the hot tub. But they didn't say nit was closed until after I paid

Brand new hotel. Great for longer stays. Kitchenette included.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was great with a kitchen. I got a good deal with Hotel.com. But as usual us Alaskans are really nailed in the summer with high prices. Even though we are traveling out of must for medical purposes. We still have to pay extremely high prices. Just wrong.

Several reasons it was an enjoyable stay. First was the people…. So friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the enthusiasm and warmth I was greeted by. Also, how clean and well maintained the property was. All of this begins with great management that establishes the culture. My gratitude for a great property.

Personnel were susper friendly, answered any questions I had, as well as recommended places to visit and local activities to do!!

Shower pressure was low and barely hot. Breakfast in other hotel but not far walk and all inside. Laundry service was convenient and staff were super helpful.
