Homewood Suites by Hilton Anchorage

Superb

We ended up not staying here because Expedia messed up the reservation and the hotel didn’t have us down. While we were figuring out the mess the hotel staff was so kind and went out of their way to help. Even though we ended up having to go to another hotel they still displayed top notch character. Highly recommend them strictly off customer service.Abby was a true gem!

Very good

The suite was clean and comfortable, and when we found ourselves in need of extra pillows late in the evening, someone showed up immediately to deliver them! We were even asked if we had any allergies when ordering the pillows, as they were feather - I call that excellent service and attention to detail that needs to be out in the hospitality industry to keep ahead of the competition! Well done! Breakfast was good, check out was fast, and the front desk person had our shuttle to the airport on the way before we turned in the key cards. Thank you Homewood!

Very roomy and so very clean! Wonderful stay?

Exceptional

The staff was awesome

Stayed one very peaceful night after chasing the midnight sun. Arrived in the wee hours after a long flight and some travel complications happy to find a clean comfortable room to stay in.

I loved this property and my suite was so spacious and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfasts, especially the potatoes. Nice nice and super nice and clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I'll stay again as well.

Location and affordability were top two reasons for choosing it. The setup of the room was very nice and spacious The bed was really uncomfortable which is unlike other Hilton hotels so not sure why this one skimped on mattress selection and is the only reason why I will not stay there again

Wonderful new hotel with huge suites and a nice pool for the kids. Breakfast was delicious.

Clean and spacious room. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff and easy parking.

Bad experience

Good

Staff was helpful. Don't depend on the shuttle to and from airport as it works for other hotels and you have to keep Uber as back up

The hotel fit our purpose close to airport for very early flight the next morning. We had a suite with two bedrooms which worked well ss i was traveling with my sister. Having two bsthrooms was a bonus. The only annoying thing is it seems to be a long skinnny building and so our room was on a long never ending hall the viee of which reminded me of thr shininhg.

We had a two-bedroom suite but were only there for one night. The staff was very friendly. There was even a Manager's event with free soup, salad, cookies, and beverages on the Wednesday evening we were there. I would definitely stay there again.
