Nice clean and quiet. Friendly staff

Price for the room was to much for the room the furniture was all and breaking down the room was dirty not a place that I would recommend fleas on the I could it have a good night sleep

Breakfast was fresh cooked each morning and good. Overall a very nice place, would stay there again.

Our stay was fine. However, before making our reservation for a 9/3-9/6/26 stay, I spoke directly with the hotel desk, indicated the proposed dates of our stay, and confirmed that they provided transportation to the Anchorage train station. During our stay on 9/5, I inquired at the desk about arranging for transport on the morning on 9/6. I was advised that the hotel stopped transport to the station as of 9/1 for the winter season. This was very disappointing, because I would expect the staff to know of the transportation schedule and advise me appropriately based on the time of our stay.

This hotel feels new and fresh. It is not too far from the airport. Food options could be a bit more complete.

No help with luggage.

We didn’t have a car and wanted to be closer to activity’s that we could walk to!

Good overall place to stay.

Location and they tried to give us a room away from most guests for privacy. The only thing that truly sucked was that there was absolutely no conditioner in the pump fused to the wall in the bathroom... so it has missed quite a few refills. It was the first time that I didn't bring my own hair products as well, thinking that a place like the Hilton would at least provide shampoo and conditioner :(

Clean, fresh, the outside needed some work but overall nice hotel. Good location.

The staff was very friendly. They suggested a nearby restaurant where we enjoyed a great dinner.

Exceptional

We did not use much of the facility as it was just an overnight stay. We arrived really late as our flight was delayed and there was a staff member there to check us in and made it very easy for us. There was nothing that we did not like.

Great stay

Staff misrepresented our reservations for 3 rooms, even though I showed her the confirmation. "Nothing she could do about it" Turns out the rooms assigned matched our reservation, but her attitude was reprehensible!
