Great location downtown with several excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance

The room was nice,. The staff was very nice, and helpful. Location was good. It was quiet. I was there end of September, so the hotel was not too busy. There was coffee available in the lobby. It is across the street from the Captain Cook hotel, where there are great restaurants, a great coffee shop, and the pool and fitness center are available for guests of the Voyager. So spend less, and walk across the street and hang out at the Captain Cook. There were no amenities. No drink or snack machines. Ice only on ground floor. ESPN was blocked from viewing. The convection oven did not work, no towels in the kitchen area, you had to use a bathroom towel. I do not feel this hotel was worth $400 per night, if booked directly, but it was fine at just under $200, that I paid on booking. I only stayed 3 nights, so it was fine for a short stay, but not for a long stay.

Very nice clean place with the kindest staff . Will stay there again

Clean, comfortable and well located

Great location in downtown Anchorage across the street from the Captain Cook Hotel. Not a nice looking building and the interior is blah. Still has a cigarette smell so if you are sensitive to that I wouldn’t stay here. Libby staff was ambivalent, not overly friendly (housekeeping staff was very friendly). Room was fine, except for that flight cigarette smell. Overall, not what I expected for the money.

I didn't use much of what the hotel offered, but it was clean, the staff was super helpful and the location was in walking distance to a lot of the downtown anchorage hotels, shops and the coastal trail. If you drive, you have to pay for parking, like anywhere in downtown anchorage. But the staff told me parking was free from 4? PM to 9 am. Since I got there at 4 pm, I did not have to pay for parking.

It was fairly central No where to park . We got a parking ticket while we were checking in . Room was not ready at 4. Receptionist was not too helpful, especially about the parking problem .

The Voyager Inn was a little dated. The rooms was nice and spacious but it had a musty smell. The location was great and walkable to most areas. The staff wasn't very friendly. They hid in the back office and we had to call them.

We only needed one night. The room smelled musty and just seemed "old". The bed wasn't very comfortable but the location was convenient. If all you need is a place to lay your head, it is ok. Would not recommend for a comfortable stay however.
-
Room was clean, staff friendly. Free street parking until 9am right outside hotel
-
The staff could not be bothered to get up from their chairs in the back to help get people checked in nor to answer questions or resolve issues. The hotel room was 79 degrees and the only option they provided was to open the window which had no screen and was in an area that was so loud it was impossible to sleep. We checked out after one night.

Basic hotel. Lobby needs upgrade but rooms are large and well maintained. Reasonable rate compared to hotels in area as no frills are available i.e restaurant, work out room etc.

The property was well located for our short stay prior to catching a train out of Anchorage. It was clean and well maintained. I particularly appreciated the check in team as we arrived late and left early. Nothing specific.

Easy walk to train and bike path. Way to expensive for what felt like a cheap motel. Cleaning lady left stuff all over hall way and elevator. Staff never smiled or looked you in the eye.
-
Maintenance was disappointing. The bathroom wall paper was pealing and the bathroom ceiling looked moldy.
-
Great location. No frills quiet and clean with great hot water.
