We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last few years.

I liked the room, it had the coffee maker, and a fridge, it also had a microwave very convenient all. It was clean, though our room had a smell like humidity, my husband said it could of been the ac. The breakfast was great, they had more options than other hotels that we've gone to.

The staff was excellent however I think the cleanliness in the rooms needs a little extra attention.

The young lady that checked us in was fantastic and helpful. Don’t know her name but she was young and very thin. Fantastic employee. I think she may have been the manager.

Upon arrival i was told the room i reserved was given to another guest. The room we were given did not have bathroom door that would close. The light over the sink was burned out and the shower was not user friendly and could not be made to work. When mentioned to front desk they said they were aware of the issues but have not fixed them. The television would not change channels in the evening but worked the next morning.

Location The customer service was terrible. We waited 30 mins in the lobby to checked in. There was no one at all in the lobby or the back office area. I was calling the place while standing there and the phones weren’t ringing. At checkout the front desk looked so unhappy and not friendly at all.
