Staff was amazing the room was spacious and clean pool was a nice space if I have to say anything negative it was the bed and pillows they were not good very uncomfortable mattresse hard pillows were thin

Breakfast was great. The attendant who prepared the food was very good and on her job. the room was right on time lighting in the bathroom mirror was out and never fixed after reporting it out

Plenty of parking parking lot was clean. Everything was maintained well. I love the staff all ships. I had not one issue.

It was very clean The Night Shift staff was rude. Her name was Betsy. We had forgotten our room key and we waited out in the lobby after shifting the doors open in the front for about an hour waiting on her. We called the front lobby desk, at least 50 times just to find out, she was hiding in the meeting room, and when I addressed her about opening our door, she just stared at me and was very rude after she finally did respond to me
