Incredibly friendly staff and a massive room as well! At the affordable price that it's offered this is an easy 10/10. Excellent breakfast too

I couldn’t sleep all night because the air conditioner was extremely noisy. It was running very loudly throughout the night. I was unable to sleep comfortably. I left the hotel unhappy.

Away from downtown and large crowds was super nice

The location is the best as you can access freeway quickly and it feels out of the way of traffic and noise.

I checked in and they put me in a room, I unpacked and then they made me move rooms because I was given the “wrong” room. I was moved to a similar room but not as clean as the first room, stains on the couch, ceiling and walls. Definitely disappointed, our room had a view of the extended stay next store, people could see directly in our room and we could see in theirs. The front desk lady was very sweet and apologetic for the room mix up so I didn’t complain and just moved. Our room was on the 3rd floor, there was a mildew odor and it was very warm and muggy in the hall. The room was cooler with the ac on 67 blowing high. Definitely not worth the money for that hotel.

The cleanliness of the room was my biggest concern. There were red stains on both the headboard and the walls that looked disturbingly similar to dried blood. Whether that is actually what the stains were or not, they should have been properly cleaned before a guest was given the room. I also found it extremely unsanitary that the coffee maker was located only about two feet away from the toilet. The service was disappointing as well. When I asked the room service attendant for additional towels, she seemed irritated by the request. I also let her know as a courtesy that my toddler had thrown up on the bedding. She made a face and told me to remove everything and leave it in a pile, which I had already done. I was simply trying to give her a heads-up about what had happened. Breakfast was another disappointment. The food was not cold, but it was barely warm and seemed closer to room temperature. The breakfast potatoes were especially bad. The pool is also much smaller than expected, and the hot tub is extremely small, fitting maybe two adults and a child comfortably. Between the questionable cleanliness, uncomfortable interaction with staff, disappointing breakfast, and undersized pool and hot tub, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.
