Home2 Suites by Hilton Austin/Cedar Park, TX

We stayed at the Home2 Suites hotel for two nights. The hotel rooms were equipped to meet all our needs. I liked the breakfast menu, and the complimentary cookies offered as a snack during the day were a nice touch.

Had an amazing birthday trip with my partner. Seriously, the room was great and it’s very close to some great spots. Definitely gonna stay here when I come back

Thank you for everything. It was great having a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave in the room to make life easier for us. I liked the breakfast menu. Also, they offered hot drinks, lemonade, and cookies at the reception during the day.

no sugar for coffee in the room.breakfast was supposed to be at 7 o clock.wasnt ready.

Property was good but building seemed old. Room smelled and floor was sticky in the room. Breakfast was cold

Several other guests were loud and obnoxious all throughout the night, and sleep was hard. The bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned properly, and someone else's hair was plastered across the shower walls. I was shown the room as being able to sleep 4, but there wasn't a couch... Just two chairs. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Had issues with toilet but resolved quickly. Great amenities.

The elevator was not working, the bathroom was very small, and the mirror had many handprints on it, which made the room feel unclean. Overall, the property appears to be poorly managed. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Didn’t appreciate arriving about midnight and front desk clerk saying I didn’t have a reservation. He had nothing else going on as he was sitting at desk. But only glanced at the screen. Tried to provide him with info and he just took a quick glance and was very confident. Sat in the parking lot and reached out to hotels.com. Once I got someone on the phone 30min later that person spoke with front staff and turns out my reservation was there the whole time. I got a “my bad” from the front staff person and a grumpy check in. Very bizarre. Hotel was fine otherwise.

Very clean rooms everyday, great to relax in after a day out in Austin. The staff were all very polite and helpful.

Great to have breakfast, laundry computer, kitchen, and a clean room. Need to clean the pool more often.

Need better communication with customers if issues arise.
