The hotel staff is extremely gentle! The hotel is in an excellent location neat to restaurants antonnes. Breakfast is good. Rooms are cleaned everyday. The room was big and well lit. Vallet is expensive and Parking is expensive in the region

This is an excellent downtown Austin choice for the price point. The valet director was welcoming and accommodating and the location, on what seems like a side street, is easy to find and access. The staff was all nice. The room adequate and large enough. I upgraded to a higher floor and they gave me the top floor. Will return.
