We check into our room sit down for 30 minutes and find several fleas all over the bedding we tell the front desk lady and she says oh that’s not even a pet floor. No sorry no trying to accommodate so we checked out and went to the Marriott across the street and had a wonderful stay we are still waiting to get a refund for our room

Great location, staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and had quite a selection of food. It was quiet and clean.

Check in and check out were easy. Staff were friendly and courteous. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was great. They had cappuccinos and lattes 24/7! Hot foods for breakfast (scrambled eggs and either bacon or sausage), muffins, bagels, yogurt, &juices. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was close to hiking areas. We did not get to use the pool because it was out of season, and did not use the gym. Free cookies in the lobby! Bottles of water given on check in. Lots of parking. Convenient to many restraunts and the high way. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very friendly management and team, breakfast had everything you needed, definitely a 10! Lots of restaurants walking distance, 2 minutes off the highway perfect for a quick stopover 😊 not our first time staying there and definitely not our last!

We stayed here to be close to New River Gorge National Park. It was a convenient location with lots of parking and food options. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. We found the beds very hard, stiff, and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were pretty small. Breakfast was just ok too. There were such limited options for food that we skipped it the second day.

Newly renovated room was very nice ! Tub and shower could use an upgrade as well.

Our family stays in a lot of hotels. This is not one we will return to; it was not worth the $188 I spent. The room smelled musty and AC was not working, which is something we needed after a day in the 90s. We were offered two fans.. but I asked to switch rooms. Although front desk staff was nice, I was told several times how lucky we were that there was one room left in the hotel. This room had working AC, but beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom small and dirty shower curtain.

Staff is friendly. The floor was wet and there was a strong smell of old carpet. Additionally, the elevator appeared to be very old and I did not feel safe using it.

The building is getting old and it shows. Our room smelled like cigarettes and the thermostat did not work so it was very moist in the room.

The hotel hallways are dimly lit, the whole hotel had an odor, the rooms are in rough shape, the AC does not work - relatively clean but highly recommend trying elsewhere.

Stepped in the shower to wash away the road That orange-scented shampoo had the scent on explode Conditioner matching, fresh citrus in the air Feeling brand new from my feet to my hair Woke up the next day, stomach started to growl Hit the free breakfast, didn't need no towel Plates stacked high, and the coffee was hot Fuel for the day, yeah, I like it a lot. Step outside, options all on the block Mad restaurants nearby, around the clock Plus they giving out rebates just for staying at the spot Saving some cash while the food is still hot Time to roll out, no waiting in lines Expedited checkout, reading the signs Slip the summary at night right under the door Packed up my bags, couldn't ask for much more.

Breakfast was great. The location was easy to find. Employees were very friendly. The toilet could be higher. It is too low for older people.
