Spark by Hilton Beckley

Room was clean upon arrival but we never had house cleaning visit during our 4 night stay. Had to go down to front desk twice to get new towels, by time we left we had a large pile of dirty towels, hand towels and face rags on floor. Ran out of toilet paper, used the kleenex. And we emptied our own trash cans and used bags as liners from the store. Hotel itself was clean and breakfast was plentiful. Always fresh hot coffee in lobby that was very good. Staff was friendly but for some reason we were never included in house keeping. Was close to highway exit and plenty of food establishments nearby.

Dirtiest hotel i've ever been in! Sliding doors were broken on the shower, so they put a curtain up on one side and left a sliding doors on the other. Where the sliding doors were has not been cleaned probably since they were installed. Hair in the bed, as well as dirt in the bed. Bugs throughout. Broken window was taped together. We tried two different rooms and it was the same thing in the other room. So we left that night, even though it was late. I could not imagine laying my head down in that bed. Sink would not drain. I guess that's why they left the stopper out of the sink

Newer hotel near restaurants and gas stations. Right off Interstate.

There are no shelves in the bathroom. Hard to organize items there.

Breakfast was as advertised, a continental. Only issue was the odor.

Bright, welcoming entrance area and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Breakfast was pretty limited, but coffee was excellent!

The breakfast was rather bland. The room smelled of old cigarettes as if it was once a smoking room. The room and bathroom were overall small. Barely enough room to walk. There was no overhang to park for check in/out. It was raining and everything got wet. This is an updated hotel with the Hilton name attached

Great location from interstate and staff very friendly and helpful. The room very clean.

This was a simple stop for the night on our long drive. Hotel was clean and staff was great. We love Sparks, this will be our 2nd staying at one.

Everything about my stay was good. The only issue is the WiFi. It constantly disconnected. It effected the tv the first couple of nights but the last night from 6pm till about 10pm it disconnected 9 times. All I had to do is go into my settings, turn off the WiFi and then turn it back on. Wait for you to accept my password and I was good. It became a pain. Sorry.

This was the cleanest hotel I've been in for years. It is relatively new and is not showing any signs of wear yet. The bathrooms were spotless. And our room was beautifully clean. I did not use the free breakfast buffets feature. So I cannot comment on the quality of the food. But my was great. And I will be staying there again.

Small room with 2 queen beds. Not much room to walk around the beds. No drawers, no coffee pot, no alarm clock. Breakfast was bagels, yogurt and cereal. Staff was very friendly which was the best part.

Very clean hotel and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Great one night stay facility

Very nice staff unfortunately that’s the only positive I have. Bathroom was very dirty. Website said restaurant but they did not have a restaurant. Breakfast was mediocre. Room overpriced. I am surprised Hilton put their name on this hotel

The hotel over all looked clean. There were hairs left on the shower wall which made me wonder how clean it actually was. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast, although minimal, was fresh and tasty. Very convenient location from 64, we stayed here to visit new river gorge national park, which was only a 30 minute drive away.

Clean. Close to interstate, gas and several restaurants. Perfect for one night in the road

Very new hotel. It was spotless and staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a minimal continental breakfast. Safe area and free parking available.

Hotel is newly renovated, both the rooms and lobby, halls, etc. Convenient location. The Mexican restaurant across the street had great food. Breakfast is only bagels, cereal and yogurt. But they had several toppings for the yogurt. Very good. Our only complaint is there seemed to be little sound proofing! The room above us, the ice machine… but we’d definitely stay here again!
