DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bentonville

The staff was wonderful and everything was very clean. The reason I downgraded was because the room definitely needed a refresh. The carpet was coming apart leading into the bathroom, a large hole in the sheers and a picture frame that was coming apart. Other than those refresh items, the stay was wonderful.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the state of the hotel was definitely subpar for the price of the rooms. Nonetheless, everything was clean and the property was much better than the XNA Wyndham which was completely disgusting. Happy with the stay, other than the XNA shuttle not starting until 8:00, but definitely overpriced.

Very good

The hotel is perfectly located near the Airport and a short 25 minutes to the Arkansas football stadium. The rooms were spacious but work on the safes and microwave need to be repaired. Otherwise an excellent choice for Bentonville and markedly beats the Fayetteville football weekend mark up. The front desk staff was amazing and the housekeeping staff deserves a favorable mark as well.

We loved the Cafe and having breakfast every morning. We did enjoy it for dinner one night and my husband said it was the best club sandwich he ever had. The hamburger was just ok but other than that no complaints. We will stay here again when we come back to visit our nephew. Added a picture of the view from our 5th floor room. The elevator smell. It was smelled like bad body odor in both elevators. They tried to cover up the smell with freshener but it didn’t help. Also our floor was hot when you got off the elevator.

Asked staff for dining recommendations and out door activities- they were very happy to give suggestions! Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else!!
