Very clean. Staff was great and didn’t know about breakfast so that was a nice surprise.

Coffee bar was well maintained.

I would recommend this location,but not through Expidia,because I wasn't able to cancel one night and get a refund.I lost the money for that night.

The hotel offered the very basic room which would have been fine if it were better maintained. The room itself looked clean, but had an odd, stale odor. The hallway carpets were a bit worn even though they appeared to be fairly newer. The coffee station did not have fresh coffee and needed refilling by mid morning. The station itself was not attended and when items needed replenished, we were told that they were out of them. It needed to be wiped down, trash emptied, etc. the breakfast was minimal at best. It was sparse and was not attended and freshened or replenished. There was only one warmer and it was often empty. The exterior grounds were not attractive beyond the entryway. The pool area grass was dead and brown. The grass needed to be weeded around shrubbery areas and the trash containers needed to be emptied. I would say that the hotel was not managed well. We won’t stay there again.

The room was very small , the bathroom was very very small. The beds were okay, not as good as other Hilton places we have stayed. I felt it was over priced for what it was. The breakfast was okay the worker was very nice and helpful.

Front desk staff were friendly and informative. Room was very clean. TV was easy to operate. Shower was nice. I've got to figure out how I got hot water so quickly. Bed was nice as well as the sheets and comforter. On the downside (which are merely personal irks) Pillows are like feather pillows that pretty much provide no support for a side sleeper. This was partly my fault as I did not bring my pillow that I am used to. I made a phone call and needed a pen...Nowhere to be found. I guess that perk is not cost effective and is going away. Ice machine...Only on the first floor. Guessing possible problems result in staff having to keep an eye on it. None of the downsides are a deal breaker. Breakfast was a nice ending to my stay. If needed, I will try to return.

Great experience from when we first walked. Greeted with a welcome bag, smile and 2 for $1 ice cream! Room was clean and cozy, loved the smell of the shower soaps. The breakfast was so complete, bagels, spreads, chicken sausage, eggs that were not rubbery…great value for our stay. Would book again
