The room smelled of mold and had sticky old carpet. I had to book and pay for another room all the way at Indian point. The room was stuffy and old. Location

The room was not clean. The counters all had something or another on them. The cabinets were dusty, purchased Lysol wipes to clean common areas, door handle. Poorly maintained property. The shower had more water coming out of spout than the shower head. Do not recommend nor will I stay there in the future. I expect a clean room and working shower regardless of the cost.

Nothing They wouldn't give me a copy of my final bill-- they said I could get it from Booking.com, which I haven't. The lobby and halls had a distinct overwhelming smell of disinfectant. The room was a hodge podge of salvaged fixtures and appliances. There was no luggage rack or counter space to put my suitcase. I had to use 2 chairs together to open my larger suitcase and put my smaller suitcase on the ironing board. The tv was wall mounted but was now sitting on a counter that would otherwise have been used as a place to work or eat or to put a suitcase. For some reason, there was a framed bulletin board on the wall in place of an actual picture. The refrigerator appeared to be salvaged from a renovation, rental unit, or dump. It was rusty, and shelves and drawers didn't fit properly--pretty gross. The kitchen cabinets also were ill-matched and looked to be salvaged from a renovation job or from a Habitat for Humanity ReStore store. The bathroom vanity was appalling. It also had been salvaged from a renovation or demo job. It had been cut down to fit the space leaving a rough, unfinished edge. You could see the nail heads on the Formica where the vanity had been nailed into place. I asked for a "Do Not Disturb" door hanger, tissues, a luggage rack, and some cups for water. I was told they could only give me cups because it was a "budget" hotel and people steal things. It seemed more like subsidized housing for unhoused people. The ground and parking lot of the hotel were unkept with trash and cigarette butts all over the place. The same trash that was in the manager's parking space when I arrived, was still there when I departed 2 days later.

We reserved a two queen room and was given a one queen room and told there were no other options available. But also still Charles the 2 queen room price. The room was also suppose to be a non smoking room yet was saturated with the smell of smoke. We were there less than five hours as we slept very little because of noise levels of others staying on the same floor. Will not return, the main factors why being not given the room actually reserved and paid for and the smell.

Room stunk, they put us in a handicap room, the shower leaked into the floor, the shower head did not hang, was hand held which was AWFUL! Will not stay here again,

Shower in poor shape. Ceiling light blinked off and on. Light bulb out between two beds. Notified staff of lights issue. TV remote was not the right one. Notified staff and they got the right one. Beds slept very well.

Our room had the microwave handle partially broken,the refrigerator looks very old and beat up. The cover on the air conditioner was hanging. The phone was very dirty. Just felt really outdated.

The room was fairly decent. The fridge was rusted on the outside but the inside was good! Comfy bed. Good water pressure. The outside of the hotel is dingy and needs updated but the inside was nice. Overall pretty good for a cheap hotel!

We had a nice stay

Complete hotel is smelly, bed is not good. AC units were not working properly. Had to change 3 rooms. Toilets were not flushed properly. The hotel environment is not good. Full hotel is smelly.

Room was about what you would expect for the price. Lots of dinged edges, uneven floor, no ice bucket. A/C worked well, bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious.

This was just an overnight stay and the room was clean. Not many amenities, but I didn't need any. They staff was great.
