Everything was great except the parking. I was visiting and of course my family and friends at different times wanted to visit but according to the desk clerk in order for them to visit they would have to come in, give them my room number, get a parking pass then go back out and park. Way too much just for a visit. I was staying so I get me having to do all that, but somebody just visiting and leaving shouldn’t have to go through all that. The only reason I chose this location is because my normal one was booked up.

Room had l an awful smell so did the mattress and floor couch torn pillows.Dog friendly hotel that doesn't clean your room until your third day skin sheds daily. Request made to move to another room could not be granted due to overbooked. Smell of the room got on all my clothes had to purchase additional clothing not planned in my budget. Request full refund

Our experience was nice. Staff was friendly, our room was clean and as expected. Luckily we didn't have a car so we didn't have to pay to park.

Clean room and hotel was in really good shape, except the vomit smell and stained gross floors in the hallways on level 2
