Friendly staff. Nice room. Close to many restaurants and shops. Parking is $25 per day, but that’s a downtown Boise thing, not a hotel thing.

Location to downtown. This is always a nice place to stay.

Excellent breakfast and comfortable breakfast room. Narrowness of spaces in parking garage. No pen or pad of paper in room. An extra chair would have been nice.

Sharee was excellent at our check in. Breakfast was great.

There was a concert outside the building with loud deep base sounds on Friday night that kept us awake until 12:30 pm. Obviously, it was not the hotel’s fault.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The free breakfast had a lot of options and everything was delicious. I liked the option of one large waffle or the smaller ones of a large was too much. I visit Boise a few times a year and this might become my regular place to stay there!

Surprised that only the elite rooms had microwaves. You have to go to the lobby to heat something.

Great location to bars restaurants and attractions Nothing

There were 11 of us there celebrating my 80th birthday. A member of the kitchen staff got all the staff to sign a card and delivered it to our breakfast table with a gift bag containing four snacks and a little toy car that would zoom down our long table when you tapped it on top. They contributed to and joined in our celebration. Great breakfast with plenty of seating areas. Plus the location was prime for walking downtown, to the college, and the stadium. We already planned another stay there!
