Centrally located and well maintained property. Staff were super friendly. Airport shuttle was easy to arrange and convenient.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Marco, the valet person was extremely helpful and friendly. Sean then greeted us with an amazing smile. He was super helpful. Checking was smooth and friendly. Every hotel experience should be this good.

No coffee maker in the room, no water in the room, nobody seemed to answer the phones for operator, concierge, Bell desk call 10 times over two days

It was confusing find our room and the pool area, as you had to find a seperate elevator and it would lead you to the wrong place if you got confused, probably user error on my part. But the staff was nice and the food was in fact pretty tasty.

Great location for sight seeing. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, clean room and comfortable bed. Good AC. Only disappointment was the hot tub being out of use.

The location down town and the view from the top floor. The bed was uncomfortable with too small of sheets that wouldn't stay on. The valet music can be heard from the top floor all night long. The amenities are inconvenient or impossible to use. We couldn't use the hot tub pool or patio. The lobby bar was hard to get service. You don't get anything with the premium price.

They messed up our reservation to start with and then were completely unapologetic about the wait and inconvenience when fixing it. The staff treated everyone like they were an inconvenience at least those at the front desk did. The fitted sheet would not stay on the bed, and when I told the front desk I’d like sheets that stayed on they sent someone to remake the bed with sheets that did the exact same thing. They also charge you extra to take your tray back after you order room service. The hot tub was broken the first night which the front desk could have told us about. Overall aside from the location, this hotel is definitely not worth the money.

Beautiful hotel, nice suite. We were only there for a night but enjoyed our stay. Bed was super comfortable. Two improvements could be made, no safes in room; these should be installed. TV service was poor, not many channels to choose from.
