We had to change rooms at least 3 times. The tv remote rarely work and cpould not get a lot of channels

Room smelled musty and lighting was horrid. One light was out on the kitchen area, and rooms were run down. Disappointed for it being an embassy suites and price point.

2nd stay in a row and no hot water for showers. Out of coffee and green tea with a Publix across the street and the ice machine on our floor was not working.

The hotel is under construction but it wasn’t a bother to me because they end around 5. The front desk staff were so sweet and check in was very quick. My room was spacious and clean and Jessica at the bar was a delight. The food was delicious especially the fries. Would definitely recommend.

The people, location, and perks. Well the hotel needs renovations but it is still very nice and comfortable. We stay there every time we drive through Georgia. Will be back in November.

Normally I get there in time for evening "Happy Hour". I missed it this time BUT, trying to check in was a problem because the desk computer system was malfunctioning. Other than that, the stay was as I expected.. Computer system was malfunctioning

Extremely noisy, people were taking shots at the bar as their complementary drinks. Smelled musty and moldy.

System was down. I showed them evidence of paying for room and they refused to check me in, but helped others. I waited for hours before leaving for another hotel.

Great Breakfast, nice bar and lobby. Bathroom door would not close or lock??? Half of the electrical outlets were not working. No water pressure in the shower. Room needs updating. Hotel not in a convenient location for interstate traveling. Would recommend 20% off my entire bill for this night's stay. Hilton Honors Member.

Convenient and accommodating, everything you need is inside this well Kept Hotel, staff is amazing, and I want to give a special thanks to Jessica the Bartender and Server , she handles her customers so calmly and efficiently and makes you feel relaxed from coming off the road

The property is being renovated. As of now it is very dated. It will probably be great after renovated. The breakfast was very good!

was black with mold under the rim. Their breakfast ends at 9 am and it wasn't clear at check-in, it's frustrating to miss one of the main reasons you chose the hotel. The staff was rude about it when we showed up for breakfast at 9:13 am. The location is sketchy and certainly not the experience you expect when paying for a nicer hotel.
