Really nice, I thought it was a new building and they told me it's been open almost 6 years. Great staff!

Check in went well…helpful staff allowed an early check in. Check out …not so much. Rude for no reason.

Rhonda at the front desk was extremely helpful. Guided us to the hotel after the GPS led us astray. Made check-in easy, explained the amenities, and how to get to our room. Gave us great restaurant recommendations. We will stay here again.

Clean, helpful staff.

Other than the fact that the restaurant was closed due to staffing, and it had been closed for a while with no notification, it worked out fine. I would not have chosen it and I known due to the location was not close to walking distance to restaurants.

Clean well maintained hotel looked almost brand new! Congratulations to housekeeping and maintenance! Great location for Carlsbad Caverns visits.

This is a very nice new hotel, our room was large and well maintained with a very nice bathroom. Coffee bar is nice, and front office staff was pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast left much to be desired with pancakes like crackers and rubbery boiled eggs, maybe get there when it opens for fresher food.

The room was big. Beds were comfortable. Everything looked clean. Small refrigerator and microwave in room Very nice work out room. Pool was a little dirty. Staff very nice. There was a bar with food but I didn’t go there I would stay here again
