Basic roadside hotel but better than most. Very clean facility and good breakfast. Good-sized room.
-
Just a okay hotel, if you can find another hotel to stay at this town, please do not stay here.
-
Good, basic. Clean stop on our road trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Made us feel at home. April was especially helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Location was wonderful. Price was okay. First room had no air conditioning and so they moved us quickly and efficiently.

Quiet, clean rooms. Excellent staff. Great breakfast.
-
Free coffee available all day. Good hot breakfast, friendly employees.

Excellent locations, perfect for stargazing at night. Very clean inside and outside the cabin. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings with 360 degree view of mountains. The bed is sinking and the freezer top part of the refrigerator doesn’t open . We were not able to use ice.
-
Our room was very nice, clean, bed very comfortable. We stayed 5-nights so we could see all the sights that were in the Carlsbad area. Perfect location to reach Guadalupe Mountains NP & Carlsbad Caverns NP.

I booked and was charged on line for 312$ when I got there to check in I showed front desk I had already paid she insisted I didn’t I asked to call manager they said to check me in and there was a deposit but when I gave card for deposit she charged me for another 312$ plus the deposit which in total was over 600$ for 2 nights stay which left me in a serious financial situation traveling far from hom I mean no lunch kinda situation I was extremely upset I asked to speak to manager again and they said they could not put it back on my card until business days.
