Beds are comfortable, however our rooms faced the highway and the traffic noise kept us awake at night.

Very pleasant hotel, with friendly staff, exceptional hospitality, and we especially appreciated the water and coffee available in the lobby.

Superb

Comfortable beds and pillows, quiet at night, downside was the bathroom door was incredibly squeaky so when people used the restroom in the middle of the night it would wake everyone up.

Very clean, breakfast was awesome, staff was friendly.

From the staff, room, mattress, pool & breakfast. Breakfast had bacon, sausage & eggs, you don't get that often. The room was clean and spacious. The mattress was a wonderful pillow top & pillows were comfy. Hotel is modern & well kept up. The pool was so nice after a hot day at the caverns, and sparkling clean. Only negative was not the hotel's fault. If you're there on a Sunday & Monday, know that many restaurants are closed. I struggled to find anything other than McDonald's open. Also, beware of parking next to the guests with big work trucks (there's many of them). My car got scratched. Overall, 10 out of 10. Thank you La Quinta!

Loved that they had bacon for breakfast! Most free breakfasts offer some kind of mystery sausage. One negative about breakfast: They had only bran muffins. They must have excellent plumbing! Another positive: normal-size pillows. I hate how so many hotels now have little square pillows that aren't comfortable at all. One negative about the room: The toilet seat didn't stay up, so I had to hold onto it every time I went pee. Designed by a woman, perhaps? In general, though, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was good, too. There was another guest who had a dog that was barking its head off when we first arrived. The front desk clerk offered to move us if it continued. We didn't hear the dog again until we were checking out, so it wasn't an issue.

Great hotel staff and the room was very nice as well. I will say that there needs to be better lighting at night for the pool area. It was really dark and the kids all wanted to go swimming.

It was a nice stay. The room temperature could have been cooler. It was nice over all.

Great breakfast

The bathroom with the rolling shower was cramped. The sink and toilet were so close together I had to set my wheelchair sideways with the sink. And you couldn’t close the bathroom door when I parked my wheelchair to use the toilet. These “amenities “ decide whether a room is comfortable or not. Also, a queen bed is plenty big enough. This room is cramped with a king bed.

Hotel needs cameras outside in all parking lots my truck was broken into report was made but not cameras to help with case so thief made out with about $2000 dollars in personal items that will more than likely be unreplaced. Will most definitely not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was plentiful including scrambled eggs seasoned potatoes bacon the usual cereals yogurts fruit AND the waffle irons had the New Mexico symbol didn't want to eat, but eventually did. Comfortable bed plenty of pillows and quiet 4th floor. Went to the Caverns after

Very charming.

Asked property for a refund they said they would reach out to Expedia still has not been done. We got moved three different times due to filthy rooms and rooms falling apart.

Beds were cozy, shower was hot, breakfast was really good and had a ton of options. The pool was cool and well kept Someone pulled the fire alarm and woke us both up. And it rang for every bit of an hour before someone finally disabled it and neither one of us could fall back asleep
